Thanks for doing such a great job on my slides. They were of my sister cheerleading in high school. I put together a collage in a frame for her and she was thrilled. It brought back many ice memories for her!! Thanks again and any future projects I will send your way and tell my friends also about your beautiful work! I’ve used Everpresent twice, once to transfer from VHS to flash drive, & the second time to transfer from cassette tape to flash drive. Great experience both times. They stay in touch with status & shipping updates. I highly recommend!

Sent 7 cassettes. Some music, some interviews. The sound was sped - up and cropped. The voices sound nothing like what originally was sent. Was to receive 7 CDs for 7 tapes. Received everything on 2 discs. They don’t work. Also, 14 USB’s Was to be a family Xmas present. Too embarrassed to send them out. This is not my 1st time having sound engineers work on material as such. Your work was rushed. I’m out over $800.00- I’ll have nothing to do with ever present moving forward.

This has been the worst customer service and quality of work I have ever had. I will NEVER use this business again! He is a recap... I did my phone consult, was told to drop off my content on a Saturday. Upon arrival, at a third party drop off location, the employee didn't even know how to turn on the computer to begin my transaction. I was then told pick-ups are on Friday, now my media has to sit in the store for an additional week before pick-up. Then upon pick-up, it would be an additional 7-10 days before I heard back from the company (never disclosed during my consult). Once I did receive a phone call, I was told I couldn't receive the services I wanted which I made clear during my original phone consult. Then, I finally am notified they are working on my media, I was told they can't find my original vhs tape which I provided them my only copy! They were like, we probably have it...just can't tell for a couple of days. What?! You don't know if you have my only copy! UNACCAPTABLE! Then, I receive my media back in the mail. I do not have the multiple thumb drives I requested, I am missing a video outright. And now, I am uploading this to my computer and part of my video is missing altogether!!!!!!!! What in the actual heck is going on?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am livid. This company has wasted my time, my money, and caused a lot of stress that was completely avoidable. ZERO stars...EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was told they would be in touch...they have outright ghosted me.

Thank you for converting my old VHS to a DVD. I was disappointed only about the beginning of the DVD due to the image quality. That was very important to me. It was difficult to pick out my Mom, my daughter and myself. The rest of the DVD was good quality and I was able to see clearly. I am sure you did your best in transfering it. I am sure it was worn, because we played the beginning part of the original VHS many times. Thank you for providing such a nice service and your professionalism.

I was highly impressed with the ease of working with Everpresent. The staff was upfront with me about what to expect and the communication was well organized and timely throughout the whole process. The final product is easy to maneuver through and will bring great joy for our family. The videos were returned in a well packed box for easy storage. Thank you for the care you took with my videos.

I was pleased with the outcomeof my project. I thought it interesting that I received some different answers to queries of when my project could be completed. First it was by the date I requested, then it was no, you would have to pay 100% more to have it by then(which I refused) and then lo and behold it was completed prior to when I requested it originally. All in all, came out well and the recepient loved his gift. Having more completed. Thank you.

I was fairly disappointed in the service I got. It was a small job; I had two 8x10 black and white photos that needed to be digitized. I was, though, also checking out Everpresent because I have a trove of old family photos I may want to preserve digitally. The service took a little more than two months and was fairly expensive for a small job. But chiefly I was disappointed in the result. The technicians appear to have stepped up the contrast in the photos. As a result, some of the white areas are now fairly brilliant but the faces (the most important parts of the photos) are mostly darker and detail is lost. Had I been shown a proof, I might have been able to weigh in, but it was not until I picked up the originals that I could appreciate the difference. During the long time I was waiting for this job, I received a number of phone calls and emails, mostly with a pretentious tone. I gave Everpresent two stars mostly because I achieved one of my goals, that of checking out Everpresent for my old family photos. I will be taking those elsewhere.

i had a video tape of my wife from 2005 at a ballroom dancing competition. it was damaged but Everpresent was able to get it copied to .mp4. The significance is we started dating in 2004, married in 2007 and she died in 2024, just week shy of 20 years from our 1st date. i so enjoyed dancing with her and EverPresent was able to salvage a video memory that I thought was lost forever.

I wish I could be more positive, because I love your business concept. However, when I sent in my 210 35 mm slides, I got back 167 of my slides and 43 of somebody else's slide. Your support team is working to resolve the situation, but the fact that this could happen is very concerning on a number of levels, most importantly, privacy.

Unfortunately this was a very bad experience. Very difficult to speak to anyone at company. I tried via phone and e mail with no response. I paid over $2000. 00 for this large job of my family’s pictures and films and the original estimate was $1200.00. It appeared that the quality was not enhanced at all, the audio was missing in large areas (that was good on original)and so many doubles. The labeling was not even close to what was on tape.They copied 20 tapes that were old tv shows that my kids had taped over family film's. That’s when it was evident that absolutely no one was paying attention. I had told the company representatives originally that over taping might have happened and I was told if this was noted I would receive a call to discuss. I dropped the job off in October and was told it would be complete by Christmas. When it came to the week before Christmas and I still did not hear back from them I really pressed for at least a call back regarding status. Within a few days the job suddenly was complete without anyone again calling me back. It seemed to us that the job was forgotten and suddenly just done without any one even looking at what they were copying and absolutely no effort. This was something that I had been looking to do for years and finally decided to go with this company obviously I chose wrong. I have contacted them again and asked to speak to someone and have not heard back at all. Horrible company I suspect this is just done by AI with no human involvement. Pat
