“Everpresent copied twenty-six 8 MM videos of precious family memories onto DVDs. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching these DVDs and reliving the past. I was also able do download the videos to my computer and emailed them to my son and daughter. The quality of these copied videos is very good, given the age and condition of the tapes. There was some minor digital corruption, but the tapes were still very enjoyable to view. I sincerely thank Everpresent for their excellent service, expertise and attention to details. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“From start to finish the process was so easy and seemless. The drop off location was convenient and the gentleman was super nice. Once picked up by EverPresent I was contacted by the service representative who was wonderful and very thorough. My videos look great and were returned to me in less than 4 weeks. I purchased two USB sticks which are nicely packaged. The app is wonderful for viewing and sharing my videos. Excellent service and product. Highly recommend.”

“This was my first time using a service to scan some older negatives from back when I was shooting film. I have been a professional photographer for over 30 years and all my negatives are in very good condition. My project had 18 medium format negatives and two 4x5 negatives to be scanned.. They were requested to be scanned at their highest resolution, 4000 dpi.. The files I received are quite low in resolution. In addition, all the images have been severely cropped. Only about 50-60% of each negative appears in the image. At 4000 dpi I would figure these files should be much larger. One of the 4x5 negatives files is also 8MB and one is 21MB. Why the difference? None of the files I received are usable. They are low resolution and severely cropped. I have tried contacting customer service a number of times by both email and phone but have only received one call back. The agent said she would look into my problem and get back to me the next day. That was 4 days ago. I have left another message on their customer support line but no answer. I have spent over $240 for 20 unusable files and zero customer support.”

“I am a repeat customer. Almost a year ago I completed a fully edited videography from 8mm movie films digitized by Everpresent. The films were taken by my father around the 1940s and were in varying condition. My cosultant advised me to do the 2x enhancement which resulted in my family being able to view the projec on a large screen T.V. I am now involved in a similar project but with movies taken professionaly, and by myself in Super 8mm in the 1960s. The first batch came out very well and there will be many more movie reels to follow. Thanks to Everpresent for a professional job.”

“Since I have never engaged a company to convert my 35mm slide to a digital format, I may have expected too much. When I viewed the digitized slides, I immediately saw that they were not as sharp as my slides were. Before I brought the slides to you, I viewed each to ensure they were satisfactory. They all seemed to me to be sharp.”

“The copies of my over-size photos are excellent. I'm very happy with the results. My only complaint is that the sompany seems a bit disorganized. They kept mixing up my order with other customers and it took a bit of time to get it all corrected. Also, I had specifically requested that the backs of the photos not be copied, but they did that anyway. Not sure if they charged me for that or not.”

“I had old 3/4" u-matic tapes, some of which may have had age issues. Everpresent was able to transfer them to an mp4 format and I was able to download the files without a problem from their site. They did what they said they would be able to do.”

“My only complaint focusses on the diminiative thumb drives and equally tiny hub to connect with a lanyard. Aged arthritic hands have difficulty handling them. That is the reason I give 4 stars. Your intermediary in Dartmouth--Gatlin's--is convenient and personnel are pleasant to work with. I like the fact that humans handle the pick-up and drop off rather than shipping via UPS or USPS.”

“After wasting hundreds at Legacy Box to have my 8mm reels converted to digital, did I find out they don't do audio. Ever Present was able to produce beautiful digital videos with sound and all.
