“When I brought the films they gave me a price paid half then got a call from a tech in another state the price went up by over 3 hundred dollars how did he know ? When I went to pick up finished product you had already charged my credit which I did not realize you kept it on record usually your credit card credited when you pick up a product Helena Kelley I can see an estimate being off but that was a lot”

“Please check Better Business Bureau before you entrust your personal and precious memories or important things to this company I had use Ever present to turn cassette into DVD they sent me wrong cassette back and DVD they couldn't find my original cassette sent them previous memories of my mommy that passed are gone! They accused me of tapping over tape and kept insisting it was my tape! Do not trust them with your precious memories!”

“After sending my film to this company,I was quoted $400 for my job. I approved and a few days later they called saying they had made a mistake and it was now $4000. Enough said.”

Hi Terry, Thank you for submitting your feedback. We take concerns like these very seriously, and to that end, we have explored the details of your project to see how we could have served you better. While investigating, we noticed the following: 1. Your project was indeed misestimated. Thankfully, we have a process wherein if such an error is discovered, we halt production, and contact you, the client, for re-evaluation and approval before going any further. 2. At your instruction, we proceeded with the entire project, and provided additional image enhancement at no additional cost, as a courtesy. 3. Our records indicate that your project total amounted to just under $2,000. While it is clear that an error was made in the initial estimation of your project, we took the appropriate measures to ensure that you were as informed and as in control as possible. I'm sorry you felt that this was still a negative experience. “Very good service overall, and everything was explained clearly. I'm giving this four stars out of five, since I think there were parts of the videos I submitted that could have been cleaned up a little bit more, and apparently there was no audio on any of them, but tthe way it was explained didn't seem that clear, just a vague definition guide if there was audio hypothetically.”

“They made it very easy to get my family videos on usb. They kept me updated on every aspect of the process which I appreciated. I wish I had checked a couple of tapes because they were movies and I wouldn’t have them done if I had known. My fault. They did a wonderful job and I’m very happy that all of my adult children have precious memories to keep”

“The reels of movies my parents took are priceless and I had EverPresent develop them and they are wonderful. Here it is 2024 and I can now watch these movies from the 1950s. I highly recommend this company. Everything was done so well and everyone was so nice and explained so well. The time span was so much quicker than I thought!”

“EverPresent had transferred many of my old VHS tapes and 8 mm reels with care and they have turned them into DVDs and digital files of great quality!! I now enjoy them with friends and family! They are in constant communication during the whole process. I highly recommend EverPresent!!”
