“I am extremely UNHAPPY with rhinoshield's service. I ordered a phone case and a screen protector on the 11th of this month and I have not heard back from them yet. the first email they sent me said that if I do no hear from them within 5 business days I should contact their customer service which I did multiple times with no success. I sent them emails, I have even sent them a msg on Instagram and Facebook. Not to mention that I had to pay 22 usd for the shipping while my order was 54 usd. and for what 22 usd? the service is bad they don't reply and my order has still not arrived. I am really disappointed in their customer service and delivery.
If I do not hear from them I will have to ask for a refund which is something I do not want to do because I really am looking forward to using their amazing case.”
“I needed to return a product, and RhinoShield provided a false address. The returned package was marked by Taiwan postal services that the company had moved. It is dishonest to have provided an address for returns they are no longer at.”

I saw today that - under my screen protector on the very top corner there was a crack, so I took of my phone case and screen protector to take a closer look and not only is the top right corner of my phone fragmented, the ENTIRE back of my phone is shattered. You think for a $30 something case it would protect your phone. Don’t waste your money”
“Absolute trash screen proctector. Same problems as everyone else. The product does not match the tutorial at all and is incredibly difficult to install. Not only that, my screen protector was in 2 seperate pieces as if the cut completely through when cutting the application layer. Horrible and please never buy this product.”

The S21 Ultra front screen protector when trying to do the first section just slid across the phone resulting in it being stuck at an angle and not where originally placed.
Tried to undo and reapply twice before the final attempt was discarded...
The S21 Ultra rear camera protector was pointless and didn't stick and didn't match up to the tutorial videos online, so both just came off...
So if you are a Samsung S21 Ultra user, avoid this product at all cost.

I've messaged them countless times, they never came back to me with information regarding my order.

Im not entirely sure what possesed people to sell these cases for this price, but this has been the worst phone case I have ever tried in my entire life.
Let’s start with the screen protector. This wil take you approximately 2 years to apply. I watched the video’s. I even reas the instructions. I did all the things it said I have to do. I hate it, so much. It’ll leave you with more bubbles than bubble wrap. Actually, you’re better off using bubble wrap as a screen protector!
Moving on to the case itself. Imagine ikea started producing phone cases, but make the quality precisely thirteen times worse. I picked the number thirteen, because this sale has been a huge accident. Somehow you gotta DIY the whole phonecase. I would rather reassembled the entire eiffel tower than go through this process again. The case itself is a perfect resemblance of a brick; it’s ugly, it’s heavy, could possibly be used as a weapon? The only thing that’s missing are 4 wheels because it’s about the size of an American SUV. The whole thing actually took me 45 minutes to assemble and Im at the point where I’d prefer to buy a new phone and never look in the direction of this abomination again.
This is the first review I’ve ever written purely because I hate this product so much. You’re at be better off donating money to charity instead of buying anything from Rhinshield because at least that’ll make you feel like a good person, instead of an idiot who fell for a stupid marketing video.”

“If I could give less then one star I would their customer service has been awful I contacted them about 3 weeks ago about an order that never arrived I did not hear back from them and had to go through PayPal before they would contact me. All I was asking for was a refund as I had to get a different case as I did not receive my order which was a present for my brother. All I have heard from them is well the courier says its delivered and we cant do a refund. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life and at this point I'm almost ready to let this company steal my 40 euro.”
