"Cool designs, but poor protection.\r\n\r\nI am having one of them cool Star Wars designs, and pay some extra for MagSafe. phone fell off, screen is in good condition but the rear panel of the phone that is a gorilla glass cracked all over . Case is ok but phone needs to go for repair"

"Unfortunately I have to leave a low score. I had the RhinoShield SolidSuit for ASUS Zenfone 8 - Carbon. It cost \u20ac34.99. I took a lot of care with my phone, I only ever used it once the case arrived. Three years down the road you can see the markings on both sides of my phone from the case. The case has actually left grooves in the phone. Although it did protect it for so long, now it's resale value has drastically dropped."

"Worst company ever. \r\nButton on my \u20ac55 case came off after only 3 months of use and they want to charge \u20ac7 to post a tiny piece of plastic. \r\nAvoid at all costs."

"I have stood behind Rhinoshield for the past 10 yrs. I tend to drop my phone A LOT and time and time again the Solid Suit phone case with their screen protectors have saved my IPhone without so much as a scratch, so they are well worth the higher price tag. Once, I dropped my phone and it landed screen side down directly on top of a very large jagged rock while putt- putt golfing. The fall destroyed the screen protector, which had an impact hole in it, but after removing the damaged protector my phone screen was fine. The solid suit case has a shock absorbing waffle imprint inside its case. The case was almost perfect with just a very small scuff mark. I have no doubt my IPhone would have been destroyed if I hadn\u2019t been using a Rhinoshield solid suit case and their 3D screen protector. I have dropped it numerous times directly on concrete and there has been zero damage to my phone, solid suit case and screen protector.\r\n\r\nRecently, however, I upgraded my phone and when ordering my new Rhinoshield case and screen protector I ordered their Clear Case, not realizing it was not part of their solid suit line. I noticed it right away when I opened the product. I went back to the website which stated it offered ShockSpread LUX so I wanted to believed it was likely as protected as the Solid Suit. I was wrong! Just 12 days after installing the Clear Case it was knocked off a wooden night stand onto a carpeted floor and I was shocked to find a large dent in the clear case and an impact hole in the 3D Anti-Blue screen protector after the 2 foot fall. The phone had to have hit parts of the night stand on its way down. My phone wasn\u2019t damaged but both new products were significantly damaged and now needed to be replaced. I contacted Rhinoshield and they promptly replied and offered to replace the case under their lifetime warranty. I just needed to pay for shipping. Keep in mind they are located out of Hong Kong so there is a time delay on communication. I inquired if I could change back to a solid suit case instead, clearly not pleased with the amount of damage to the case and protector after such a short fall. Sadly, I could not and I was only offered a 10% discount, which is nothing considering the cost of another new Rhinoshield case and screen protector, just 12 days after installation. In total the mistake cost me $115.43 which has put a sour taste in my mouth. Not noticing the Clear Case was not part of the Solid Suit line was clearly my error but since they cost about the same amount and it stated it was the same high quality material I wanted to believe the protection would be the same but it clearly is not. Even though customer service was prompt I do feel they could have given, at the very least, a decent percentage off the replacement case since it was a brand new case. Nothing crazy, perhaps 20%?? I would strongly suggest making sure you are purchasing from their Solid Suit line for maximum protection. We found the 3D Anti-Blue screen protector I purchased installed easier than the cheaper 3 D screen protector my husband and daughter purchased. Customer service is prompt but keep in mind there is a time difference when waiting for a reply. Shipping takes approximately 10-12 days since it\u2019s shipping overseas unless you order off Amazon. Know Rhinoshield does offer a lifetime guarantee on their cases, however, if you\u2019re not happy with the quality of the product even if it\u2019s brand new it will cost you close to full price to change."

"I dropped my phone on a paved path with few rocks poking out of it. 3D Impact Screen Protector paired with a SolidSuit Case, both from them \u2014 my phone screen was broken and had two big spider webs.\r\n\r\nAfter a getting it all replaced, it was nice to know that the 40 dollar screen protector combined with the 40 dollar case led my phone to $400+ worth of repair damage costs.\r\n\r\nNote that the screen protector was pretty sitting and suffered minimal damage which was quite disappointing.\r\n\r\nTheir support had okay response times but wasn\u2019t able to give any compensation at all and only offered to replace the screen protector (with some costs still)."
