“While the quality of the case seems pretty good, the site is very deceptive. They do not mention that the case is being shipped from Taiwan to france to England which takes weeks. The delivery time on the website is 4-10 days for £5 and there are more expensive but faster options, but for all of these the estimated days don't start until the case is already in France which takes at least 2 weeks. This is mentioned very deep into the website and not explicitly at all. when contacted about the long delivery time they unapologetically link you to a non existent FAQ which supposedly says that this is the case and do not offer any compensation. With the delivery costing so much for even the cheapest option and the case being expensive in the first place, you'd think it wouldn't be this ridiculously slow and the company is very deceptive about this fact and refuse to give compensation for this misinformation or anything. Feel very cheated even if the phone case seems ok”
“The case looks fabulous, no doubt. BUT it's not as tough or durable. My month-old case cracked from the impact of a 3 feet fall. I've dropped phones before and even much cheaper cases are tougher. Not quite the 'Rhino Shield' I was expecting. I sent them a tweet with the images but they didn't care to respond.”
“I bought the crash guard case for iPhone 13 pro about a month ago and am pretty frustrated. Initially the case seems to be designed well enough, with really tactile buttons, raised edges to protect the screen, and a nice lanyard loop, however my satisfaction ends there. First of all, the case only arrived after three whole weeks of shipping. Immediately it was incredibly difficult to put on the phone. I had to apply so much force to fit it around the edges that I was genuinely worried it would either break the case or the phone. After application I found that it fit so tightly, that it had wrecked the edges of both my front screen protector, and rear skin. Being able to see the rear skin was the main reason I bought the case in the first place! The case is made from hard plastic that is both very slippery, and doesn’t even seem all that impact resistant, and the cherry on top is that it’s even more difficult to take off as it is to get on. I couldn’t be more disappointed.”

Not a scratch. It should be noted that I have a screen protector applied as well. But don’t let that distract you away from the durability of this case. A great product. 5 stars”

“I like the products, the cases are durable and comfortable and the screen protector is good. However, their 1-3 day expedited shipping is a total scam. I paid for that shipping and the product is coming in 6 days. They replied to my email and explained why, but there is no warning when the shipping page is up. There is no warning when your ordering, so I do not recommend using the expedited shipping.”

I've ordered my case mid September. It said shipping time 6 days. First I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to ship the package. Now for 2 weeks the parcel order is in the system, but it is FAKE parcel number, as France Post says it's not valid, package do not exist.

“decent but not worth the hype. scratch proof screen protector has scratches after 3 days. ‘’fingerprint resistance’’ is worse than my £1.50 chinese one definitely not worth the £30 in my opinion. But it still hasn’t cracked in the two weeks i’ve had it though which is better than every other one i’ve bought so”
