“The case is good, what I expected, high quality. However, the tempered glass screen protector came with a fault; as if a small piece was chipped away on the side that goes onto the screen which makes an extremely annoying air bubble impossible to get rid of.”

So, The case is very slippy and If your phone drop about 4 feets from the ground, it crack for sure. An expensive case with suprising custom fees at the delivery and no warranty at all. “Overall, I really like the case and it is super protective. I have dropped it down my wooden stairs and it tumbled all the way to the bottom and it was completely fine! When I first revived the case the customized photos in the clear back plate were a bit crooked. But I contacted rhinosheild and they happily sent me a new one with the photos perfect! They have great costumer service and I love the case! The colours are so cute too. Also, I have had this case for probably 2 months now and the back plate is really scratched but the photos are still visible a good.”
“I've purchased two protectors a month ago and on the site it was stated 10 to 20 business days.
I've messaged them countless times, they never came back to me with information regarding my order.
Now they reshiped the order with express delivery.
I quote "I hope you receive your package this time around" end of quote.
However, after receiving the order A) it was damaged - so much of 3x gorilla glass protection.
B) Smudges
C) the package had all my contact information - so far you're doing great rhinoshield, even not following the GDPR law..

Im not entirely sure what possesed people to sell these cases for this price, but this has been the worst phone case I have ever tried in my entire life.
Let’s start with the screen protector. This wil take you approximately 2 years to apply. I watched the video’s. I even reas the instructions. I did all the things it said I have to do. I hate it, so much. It’ll leave you with more bubbles than bubble wrap. Actually, you’re better off using bubble wrap as a screen protector!
Moving on to the case itself. Imagine ikea started producing phone cases, but make the quality precisely thirteen times worse. I picked the number thirteen, because this sale has been a huge accident. Somehow you gotta DIY the whole phonecase. I would rather reassembled the entire eiffel tower than go through this process again. The case itself is a perfect resemblance of a brick; it’s ugly, it’s heavy, could possibly be used as a weapon? The only thing that’s missing are 4 wheels because it’s about the size of an American SUV. The whole thing actually took me 45 minutes to assemble and Im at the point where I’d prefer to buy a new phone and never look in the direction of this abomination again.
This is the first review I’ve ever written purely because I hate this product so much. You’re at be better off donating money to charity instead of buying anything from Rhinshield because at least that’ll make you feel like a good person, instead of an idiot who fell for a stupid marketing video.”

“These phones cases are great. I’ll try to keep it concise but here’s the deal
TLDR: this is the best slim but protective case you can get for the iPhone and is super customizable and offers plenty of protection!
Pros:
- great design with comfortable grip and amazing colors
- cool design and ability to personalize
- still very protective. I do highly recommend a screen protector still.
Cons
- the backplate is such a pain to install. The way the case is designed the backplate slides in but can easily slide out without the phone in there so when you are trying to install phone with the case and backplate it is a nightmare. Each time I have to retry about 8-9 times to get it right because the backplate will pop out resulting in the case having areas that are not covered. Maybe I just really suck at installing it but this is my only complaint with the case but does ruin half the fun of it. With all the hassle I have to go through to get my phone I’m correctly I barely ever want to switch up the design.

“Do not expect to be able to return this phone case if you're unhappy with it. I've been reaching out to costumer service for the last week to trying to return this phone case. I would highly recommend you buy from a different company. This company makes you go through an entire application process for returns and even then they will not get back to you to address you return. The biggest waste of money.”
“If I could give less then one star I would their customer service has been awful I contacted them about 3 weeks ago about an order that never arrived I did not hear back from them and had to go through PayPal before they would contact me. All I was asking for was a refund as I had to get a different case as I did not receive my order which was a present for my brother. All I have heard from them is well the courier says its delivered and we cant do a refund. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life and at this point I'm almost ready to let this company steal my 40 euro.”
“Rhinoshield is dishonest about their products. I ordered a Impact Screen Protector from them and the screen protector is $30 and is literally a film. They make it seem like it is a tough screen protector but no film is going to be "Hammer Impact Tough." On top of all that the protector is not compatible with putting on a case otherwise it will pull up the protector. In addition, their instructions are unclear for the installation and their customer service is horrible. They contacted me instantly when trying to replace the product but if you want your money back then good luck they won't respond. I do not recommend his product or the company.”
“I ordered a bumper for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the fit was lousy. On the back at the bottom corners one side fitted much better than the other. Looked unprofessional. I could not remove the bumper even after watching two videos on it so I a ended up cutting the bumper off. Went back to my Totallee case which fits precisely!! Thought I wanted to see the back of my iPhone using the bumper but if it looks horrific with the fit it’s an eyesore”
“Extremely sketchy. I ordered a case and screen protector about a week ago. And i got an email today saying they need a picture of my Passport. my freaking PASSPORT. WTF. Why do i need to give you that. i spent like 90 dollars and they are not replying to my emails and not giving my money back. Absolutely disgusting! 100% do not recommend unless you like getting scammed.”
