Their screen protectors and bumpers have very low quality.

BEWARE - I would not recommend this product. While it may protect the edges of your phone, it does not protect the camera lens! I dropped my phone out of my jacket pocket(about 3 feet) and my camera lens shattered! I would not buy this product again. Get a case that protects the lens of your camera!

I can only give a review after i get the product. Not yet delivered to me. Review may change only after i get to use the product. You guys at Evolutive Labs SERIOUSLY need to change your logistics partner

I bought 2 products. They were supposed to ship them to my country (PerĂº) for ONLY $6. When the product arrived to my country, I had to pay $35 aprox to FEDEX so they could deliver the package to my home. I think worldwide shipping for $6 like it says on the website is false advertisement because I had to pay more that that. About the product, I did the drop test and it CRACKED! I won't send it back because FEDEX is gonna charge like 35$ for sending it back.

Overall Rating is very poor due to the fact that I placed an order for the Galaxy Note 5 bundle which in the picture showed front and back screen protector and a bumper case. I also was in contact with the company in regards to doing a review of their product on my YouTube channel and live on Twitch and the company was going to send me out some products to test. When I got my package I got the wrong color bumper, and 3 front screen protectors. They told me that the bundle DID NOT come with a back screen protector and after complaining about it, the images were quickly removed from the website order page showing the front and back screen protector. They take forever if they ever respond to you for the customer service aspect of the company. I am still waiting now 4 days to find out how I can go about ordering a back screen protector which they don't tell you how to do anywhere on the website. I put a 10 for how likely I am to refer evolutive labs to a friend or family member because well lets face it. Its the best damn screen protector I have ever used.

I just recently ordered a black rhinoshield bumper. Package arrived in good condition, but the I'm not happy with the item itself as the bumper that arrived had a small lined opening/gap in between the inner rubber and the outer shell. It's like it was not properly vulcanized at all. Very disappointing for 25USD bumper. Do you guys even Q.A these?

This is my second time buying this .. Both two are bad .. Scrarched on the first day .. Fingerprints are all over .. I would not buy this again ..

My package was marked as delivered in the afternoon, but it wasn't in my mailbox when I got home. I checked the FAQs at Evolutive and they said not to contact them ???? Post office says they don't have it, and my mailbox wasn't broken into. Case never showed up, so...zero stars?

Never got the product. Contacted customer support about the package lost and that usps could not locate the package either even though the package says "delivered". Pretty much all I got from customer service is a "not our problem, figure it out with usps" response via email, so now I'm without a case and no money. Thanks a lot

I haven't received my products yet, it's almost one month since my purchase. Besides, there is no detailed information of the transport track. Pls work on it maybe?

The screen protectors doesnt fit the screen fully. The case doesn't allow every charger to be plugged up nor does it allow for earphones to be plugged up. the holes are to small for both. Very unhappy with the product. I would expect this from a 10 dollar case but not a 50 dollar one.

The Rhino Shield does not fit the back of my iPhone 6S correctly. The plastic is slightly too big near the camera area. To adjust I had to slightly cover the flash. I can't cover the whole thing or not cover it all. Wouldn't have bought it if I would have known. The Crash Guard is the perfect color.

I recently purchased a Rhinoshield for my brand new iPhone 5s. I ordered it on September 20, 2015 and have yet to receive it in the mail. Because it did not arrive within the "5-10 business days", I emailed them about my Rhinoshield's whereabouts. I was first told that it was delayed due to USPS having "troubles due to recent weather". They told me to notify them if it did not arrive within 6 more business days. It still never came. Upon emailing the company a second time, I was told that they will "open an investigation" themselves and that if they have "confirmation that it is lost" then they will send a new one. It is now October 13 and has been 23 days; still no sign of it in the mail. I am a very patient person but this just ridiculous. They have the tracking information and can see for themselves that the last known tracking information says that it departed Los Angeles on SEPTEMBER 26. It does not take more than two weeks to get from L.A. to Torrance, California. Let alone three weeks to get from Washington to California. I understand if they are being wary of untruthful customers but clearly I am not lying about having never received the Rhinoshield. I have had my new phone for 21 days now and can't remove the plastic film that comes with the phone because I have no screen protector to replace it. The plastic film that comes on new iPhones prevents you from being able to receive calls normally and from recording videos with sound because it blocks the receiver and mic! So I cannot use my phone properly and really need the Rhinoshield screen protector I ordered. I came to this website because I read nothing but good reviews about it but I never would have spent $30 on something to take this long to receive. If the company was concerned about customer service at all they would have already sent me a new one but they have yet to do that and I am becoming increasingly frustrated. Please send me a new one ASAP. Or refund my money and don't ever expect me to buy one of your products again. I'd be better off buying a cheap screen protector off of Amazon.

I bought the product for my Nexus 4. Screen reaction to my fingers was reduced to an annoying level after installing the product. Its like gliding my finger on a mirror, there's a weird resistance. "Long swipes" like for reading webpages is the most common gesture to be "missed", and sometimes unwanted links are "clicked". I didn't have a reason to take a hammer to my phone, Rihno Shield may soon give me a one.

Hello, I received an email asked me to write and review whereby I haven receive the product yet which i ordered and paid on 11st of September. And now already 1st of October. Tracking number all expired and nothing shows out. For a moment I felt scammed until i decided to sent an email to you all. Regards, An excited customer for the past few weeks but the excitement gone for now.
