“Very happy the quick shipping and communication from ewheels. I was waiting on a V11 which has some delays in production. I decided to switch over to something else so I could get some riding in before winter. They gave me some options that were in stock or soon to be in stock and I decided to go with the KS16X (maybe I can try the V11 next year). Ewheels shipped out my KS16X the same day and I was riding just a few days later! Thank you!!”

“My telescoping handle broke on my kingsong 18L. Order the parts from E-Wheels. 3 days later the parts were in my hands. Very fast and customer oriented.”

“I ordered a Kingsong 18xl, arrived in perfect condition. The rapid charger I ordered was missing the adapter, but customer service took care of it quickly, and without me spending any additional money on shipping!”

“I was a bit skeptical of eWheels seeing as how there is another popular seller in the US which has been in business for several years, but I decided to contact eWheels' customer service to gather some information and make my own judgements. Their response was quick to say the least. I got a response within an hour in the early morning and decided to make a purchase within the following days after extensive research on over 30 scooters beforehand. Their customer support was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.”

“I'm a total novice at euc riding. I have 5 days under my belt and already having FUN. Despite never riding an euc within an hour I was doing it. First seen Hsiang, U-stride and some others on YouTube and I knew I wanted one. I don't have the money for a learner wheel so got the KS18XL 2200w and don't regret it. The wheel is great. Thank you Jason and thank you Ewheels.”

“The short review, Ewheels is freaken amazing. The PEV world is slammed, I get that. Demand is nuts, supply is super limited, and the customer service of even the best companies are stretched. I've had no end of unanswered emails, dodged phone calls, and hollow promises of delivery from other companies over the last 6 months. Then I stumbled into EUCs, and Ewheels. Fell in love with the unreleased S18, so a preorder went in for that. Ewheels has been giving constant updates on order status and ETA. Decided it would be good to learn how to ride before the S18 showed up ( 😆 ), so ordered a KS 14S. That was at my door in 3 days. 3 weeks later I'm almost not terrible on it, haha. Then my 4 yo daughter loved "riding" (while hands were being held and in the house) the KS14s so much that it only seemed natural to preorder a Gotway Mten3 for her to eventually learn on. Totally not for me to play with till then. Totally. Same as the S18, excellent updates on ETA. Through it all, customer service has been amazing. 100% honest answers to questions, quick answers (even on the weekend!), following up on orders to make sure I was getting the right fast chargers, being awesome as we go though the wildfire season (we were evacuated around the time the Mten3 could have show up, Ewheels was totally on top of potential change of shipping address), etc etc. All and in all, very satisfied. Obviously, haha. Thanks again!”

“Haven't had a chance to ride a lot due to hot weather and smoke but so far so good. Would recommend to anyone especially a first scooter purchase as the Swift is cheaper and better all around than other intro or even mid-level scooters. In my opinion, of course. ;-)”

“This was my first e-scooter purchase after contemplating it for a long time. I researched various models from various sources and ultimately decided on eWheels. Everything went very smooth as expected. I dealt with Jason via email during the order process who was fast and helpful. I even was able to change shipping options after the order was placed very painlessly. I would not hesitate to order from eWheels again.”
