“I ordered $300 worth of items they they mistakenly put sign on delivery and messed up my address. I dropped everything three days in a row to get this package. Have driven an hour each way two days in a row to go pick it up and I still don’t have the package. I don’t think I will ever deal with E wheels again especially with the lack of service/solutions have gotten from their customer service team.”

Thanks for the feedback. 1) Fedex automatically requires a signature if the value is over $300 2) We communicated that we could hold the package at the nearest location, did not receive a response 3) Fedex had failed to deliver twice, not three times 4) Made several attempts to work with you for delivery options, but between the Fedex standard procedures & not receiving responses to our messages/calsl, makes for an impossible situation

“The Lynx is the best riding expierence I've had on any wheel so far and I'm 5 generations in. It's a significant leap when compaired to prior wheel evolutions (larger wheels, higher speeds, suspension). Worth every penny. Jason and the eWheels team were very helpful and answered my questions quickly.”

“I love the leaperkim lynx. Most euc riders do jumps and off roading. My thing is street riding. Speed is important to me. With my other wheel I had many upgrades jst to be able to ride it properly. The lynx is the most ready out the box. The quality and looks of it show durability. I like how this has a tubeless street tire option. Of course I did many upgrades to the lynx such as p3eals and lowering kit. Ewheels offered the lowering kit and if you are on a budget they seem the same as what I purchased for a lot less. I bought mine any way due to lack of supplies. The seat the lynx came with is sweet. Really impresive machine the lynx. The street tire really seems like it corners better. Other wheels might have better specs and already come with adjustable pedal heights, but the lynx seems not to disapoint. Ewheels really makes a good reason to go thru with the pre order. Imhad many issues and ewheels was kind enough to honour my requests, and yes I was a pain in the ass. I think the ewheels team understands when you are thriwing down over $4k you can be a little picky about it. The ewheels team was always quick and informed when we had some concerns. I probably could get the lynx else where for cheaper, but when you go with ewheels you can count on them to do the right thing. The delivery was delayed but it was bad weather. Fedex needs more acurate delivery estimates. Waiting for 2 days after the delivery estimate all the way to the last hour was not enjoyable. If it gets here in 1 piece then really no complaints.”

“I spent a couple of months researching which EUC I wanted and trying to decide where to buy it. The forums I read convinced me that eWheels was the way to go and I am glad I did! I asked questions before ordering, received prompt responses and my wheel was shipped with no issues. Got the bonus pedals and pads and was surprised to find wrist guards included with my v11 as well! Feeling pretty good about my experience so far knowing I can contact them for help and not wait on the manufacturer.”

“Keeping it simple. 1st time EUC purchase. Once the shipment of wheels arrived to port, they were inspected again for QC and sent to us. The Lynx, leg pads & seat came to my doorstep undamaged. Took 5 minutes to plug in the charger and another few minutes for the battery & BMS to reach a fully balanced top charge. So far, so good, looks like a great well built product and makes an excellent PEV addition to go along with my other Ebike & Esk8. Happy riding everyone! The future looks even brighter & more sunny with every new improvement in battery tech. Hopefully one day the tech can get us off the ground & water and let us fly as well. 8) I think it will happen one day!”

“3 weeks after purchasing my T4 I had a voltage issue due to my own negligence. Jason and Eric from e Wheels blew up my phone the following day after receiving my email explaining my dilemma. Jason actually called me to assist after a couple quick tests he decided to have me send it back and it is currently being repaired. The service is unbeatable, it's like they're trying to prove a point by being so attentive thanks again e Wheels and crew and even better at no charge!”

“The eWheels team might be the best in the EUC industry. I have purchases multiple wheels over the past few years from various companies, EUCs can be challenging due to quality control and wear; eWheels is different in that they will do there best to keep you rolling. You can by wheels from several places, eWheels stands apart when it comes to warranty support or simply repairing your wheel; can't say enough good things about these guys!”
