“Cant say enough good things anout Ewheels.. service is above and beyond. If you purchase from Ewheels you are in good hands. From before I placed my order to after I received it, nothing but solid support. In 2023 good swrvice is a rarity and Ewheels sets the bar pretty High. Im glad I found these guys.”

“Recently bought my first euc. Commander pro, which is great. Smooth acceleration and great suspension. I am 67 and only use it as a commuter. Different uses will probably give different results. Ewheels are outstanding in customer service. Very fast responses by knowledgeable staff. I am very comfortable stating they will be there to help if i run into issues or questions going forward. I only have one small critique.....a start up instruction sheet to get it charged, and unlock from travel mode, itemized parts wirh complete information so going forward you have a reference for tires,tubes and bearings when parts wear out. Highly recommend ewheels for fast delivery arriving in great shape backed up by fast friendly helpful staff.”

“Great company, great service Using Fed Ex always seams to be a problem Paid for overnight and it didn’t come overnight Came 2nd day. Lost a days pay because I had to stay home the 2nd day. This happens all the time with Fed Ex. Other than that I enjoy the people at E wheels”

“I'm new with euc's and initially was reserved about shopping at ewheels. I had read alot of positive reviews though. Well I proceeded ahead and ordered a seat and some pads. Next day I received notice of a $50 refund on the pads. I didn't understand why. My order arrived and the pads were not the ones I ordered. But $50 off made them an outstanding value and I figured they'd work fine. Then I received a personal email from Jason inquiring if the modular pads I received worked ok on my v11. I explained that I hadn't tried them and had ordered the inmotion v11 pads from Amazon because it was what I thought I needed. Next I got another refund from ewheels for the balance of the price of the inmotion v11 pads, and an explanation from Jason that they had sold out the day before. Well, at this point I have a set of modular luminous pads from ewheels at no cost to me. I didn't even ask for the refunds. Their customer service is better than any that I have ever experienced anywhere on anything. I can't imagine a better place to buy from than ewheels.”

“I ordered my wheel on a Sunday night and received it and all the accessories on Thursday. This is impressive considering I live in an area that takes Amazon a full week or more for orders to arrive. Everything was in perfect condition. I even received a reimbursement from Ewheels because the discount code I used didn’t work when ordering. Customer support is awesome. I had a couple of questions that were answered quickly with detailed responses. I’m really happy with Ewheels and I would order with them again.”

“Great machine! I bought the V11, it's my first machine and my kids thinks I'm nuts, I'm 61 and if I can learn this, anyone can. Day 1, 2, and 3 were tough, day 4 was better, on day 5 , my brain just ," kicked in" and I started getting it. I Sent in- motion some short videos. I started wearing my safety gear on day 5. Eric at in-motion helped me through the process and gave me great advice. I was able to speak to in-motion on the phone, my pre-requisite for buying anything, much thanks to e-motion for a great buying experience!!”
