“First off the wheel was amazingly fun and as described. Ewheels helped me through the whole process of choosing my first wheel and was very responsive. I have no doubt if I have an issue with the wheel down the line they will be as responsive in helping me.”

“I purchased a V10 and (2) V11's from E-Wheels. They have been a pleasure to work with! Although our wheels have been almost trouble free, we had an issue early on with the skirts on our first V11. E-Wheels overnighted new skirts with more robust attachment eyes. Problem solved! E-wheels will continue to be our go-to company for future purchases of electric wheels.”

“I purchased the Inmotion V11 from Ewheels because of all the positive feedback I heard and read about their customer service and I am very glad that I did because they have been wonderful. I have called and emailed Ewheels with questions before and after my purchase and both William and Jason have been very quick to respond. I would also like to mention that they are very quick to get your shipment out the door as well as emailing you a tracking number. I would definitely recommend Ewheels to anyone who is looking for an electric unicycle or electric scooter.”

“Have owned the 19RS high speed version for a few months now. It is a dream!! Incredible design, incredibly tough (though breakable), accessible (able to self repair) and magical in handling, it reads your mind. Currently looking for a spare inner tube, but has had zero issues since new. Highly, highly recommend ewheels, they provided a sweet unit that was beyond expectations.”

“I have been riding for quite some time and have ordered a few EUC's from Jason over the years and I appreciate his caring and focus on trying to satisfy his customers by answering questions promptly and offering suggestions and solutions for all kinds of issues. In my town of Naples, Florida, there is less than a handful of EUC riders and I always recommend ewheels to others, who ask me where I get my EUC. I find the ewheels gives the best service and a variety of EUC choices.”
