“They have excellent customer service Jason And Nick were able to help me out quick turnaround in returning my inmotion v14 because it did not work out of the box it was not functioning and they immediately offered a replacement I’ve never seen such fast Response from any company. Thank you”

“ABSOLUTELY incredible beyond my expectations! My experience with eWheels for obtaining my very first EUC, Inmotion V14 Adventure, validated my decision, having researched many other vendors, to choose them as the best for me. The quick friendly responses to my questions, updates and EVEN going so far as to tell the fullfilment center to get my EUC out the container "TODAY" to ship was, and is, First-Class service. “I ordered the Begode Blitz and I couldn't be happier with the wheel! I had a few issues in regards to battery performance but customer service helped resolve the issue within a day! They worked with me to trouble shoot the problem and found that the firmware was not up to date. Easy fix. The wheel is in excellent condition and is now functioning perfectly. I highly recommend buying from ewheels as their attention to detail and customer service is out of this world!”

“eWheels is a phenomenal seller to work with. There was a mixup with my selected tire type (received knobby instead of street) and they sent out a replacement street tire right away, free of charge. Then after I wiped out on some mud and bent my pedal, I sent them an email and had a quick response with an invoice I could pay to get a replacement. Shipping was fast and I was back on the trails. If you have any issues, send them an email and you can be sure they'll work with you to fix it. Thank you eWheels!!!”

“Outstanding service! I ordered the kit to perform suspension service for my Sherman-S. eWheels were exceptionally helpful guiding me through this non-trivial process, getting the parts to me, and helping out when things didn't go as planned. For example, during the installation I broke a brass top suspension adjuster. It's a tiny and specialized part, I didn't expect that any shop have it in stock. Turned out eWheels did, and shipped it to me immediately. Big thanks!”

“While I didn't purshase a wheel, I did order parts for a couple that I have. The service was excellent! The order was processed quickly and I received my parts within a week. I placed the order on a Saturday and Jason (the owner) responded by early Sunday. I didn't expect a response on a weekend so I was very impressed. When I do order a new wheel it will be from eWheels.”
