Ewheels has been super communicative so far throughout the process of getting this wheel and then getting the wheel set up. If I had to say one thing about something, I wish I had been a little more aware of was information regarding cut outs on this particular wheel, the falcon. Not a dealbreaker at all, but I just think that anyone selling this wheel should say upfront that it is really easy to overpower it, especially for someone who weighs around 180 pounds. Another small thing is that I wish he Ewheels could have offered to install the heavier duty suspension springs before the wheel arrived so I didn't have to take the wheel apart immediately. But like I said, overall so far so good.
