“Believe all the hype you hear about eWheels on YouTube. The customer service is fantastic. I'm a EUC newbie and had a lot of questions regarding, which wheel to buy, the pros & cons of each, use cases, etc... William and Drew both patiently answered my questions both quickly, and thoroughly, so I was able to decide what to buy with confidence. I ended up with a KingSong 16X and have zero regrets. It is a perfect match for my use case.”

“I received the inmotion V11 this past Friday and on Sunday it already stopped working, apparently because of a motherboard (or driver controller) issue. The worst part is that it stopped working as I was riding it but thankfully I have all my protective gear. I still haven't gotten a resolution for this.”

“So where do I start… Alright so at first I didn’t do enough research and bought an Apollo Ghost. I liked it for a week until I saw the Bronco Xtreme 11!!! So I inquired about it @ ewheels. I ended up speaking with William. So after doing more and more research I saw that the Bronco didn’t have bad reviews really. So William was extremely helpful and patient with me as this is like my first scooter. Besides the Apollo that I grew out of in 2 weeks. William was there every step of the way helping me through it. When I received my Bronco I was completely lost on the shock installation. William got back to me even after I sent him 50 emails flipping out lol!!! But he guided me through that as well. Well finally get through that issue and then I’m READY to go for my first ride and I can’t go past 18mph!!!! WTF!!! Lol!!! Well email William for the 100th time. He took me through all the troubleshooting. He finally figured it out just over email, and video!!! This guy is good!!! Finally got on that bad boy and was flying around town!!! William is the man!!! He was extremely patient, helpful, responsive through email!!! Above and beyond!!! I would def suggest if your in the market for a scooter go to ewheels and try to get William to help!!! He also through in a new kickstand and different color grip tape as a gift!!! William you the man bro!!! Thanks again for all the help!!!! BTW lmk about the light up decks when you get them in!!! I LOVE THIS SCOOTER!!!! Bronco Xtreme 11 ALL DAY!!!! 🤘🏼🌪🛴🃏”

“You will find no better service than ewheels. These guys have become friends over the past year. I HIGHLY recommmend ewheels to anyone and everyone interested in a PEV. Ive purchased several wheels s18, sherman, 2x v12s, 16x, 16xs. The 16xs I bought used from a friend and as long as it was backed by ewheels it was just like buying it from them myself. Love these guys.”

“Ewheels is such a great resource to find good information on pevs. They have good comparisons between brands and models. I received my euc in one week and they even included a pair of wrist pads. Great company and I have heard the customer service is great as well.”

“I got my E wheel with no experience whatsoever in these products! I expected to get an extensive instruction pamphlet from start which would be charging the device to finish which would be learning how to ride it!! They did explain how to charge the device but that’s about it!!! I am very unhappy with this product so far I’ve only had it for just under a week and I’ve been trying to figure out how to ride it and I almost feel like I received my E wheel broken because it does not go like I think it should!!!! I cannot come up with any answers because nowhere around Seattle sells them and not many people know how to use them so I am kind of SOL so far!?”

“100% true satisfaction from EWheels, I’m honestly happy that I went with them for my ride. I love waking up with my VSett 10+, As I head out for an AM cruise, and only return from work wanting to get back on my board for some night ops. The customer service received was top notch, they answered all my questions and made sure I understood my product. I value their sharing of knowledge which added to my confidence to ride.”

“A part was being held up in manufacturing and they gave me the option to get it sooner and put the part in my self. I took that offer and they added a bunch of add ons there were new spike peddles power pads and wrist guards. I talked to a really cool guy and the open ness with the production was great.”
