“Love Ewheels and service, I only have problem with shipping they use from FedEx, both new EUC I bought is always last min notification a day late when package is 30mins away, I wish they use UPS instead.”

“I can't say enough about how awesome the staff is @Ewheels.com. The communication is good, along with their customer service, consideration and the effort they put in to make things right if there is any issues. I bent the rim on my RS19 and sent it off for replacement on a Friday morning and I had it back the following Friday in the morning. Throughout my relationship with them there have been a few times when they sent me something Out of courtesy with no extra cost. I also love the fact that When they have unicycles in stock and I decide to buy one, it only takes 3 days for me to receive it. It could be longer for sure. Now I'm telling people, If you got to, Sell your game system, your girlfriend and your mom then get you an electric unicycle from Ewheels.com!!”

“Ordered an extra v11 rim after denting my factory rim. Rim arrived fast despite back order. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting before install as I had a broken screw stuck in a screw hole. Likely pulled in there from the magnet lining the inside of the rim. Noticed this during the install process and did not want to go through the trouble of contacting ewheels for another product. I was unable to get it out of the hole. Hopefully this doesn’t create future problems.”

“Fast shipping to Canada. The E-Twow GT 2021 SE I purchased was a great purchase for me. It's fast and lightweight and portable. I could store it in my trunk and use it when needed. My friend even used my scooter to walk his dog. Well, the dog actually had to run just to keep up, the scooter is that fast with a 700w peak motor. He plans to purchase the same product in the future because it saved his legs/energy for his own gym workouts while the dog got good exercise as well. His 40+ min dog walk turned into 15 mins which is a daily time saver”
