I can't say enough about how awesome the staff is @Ewheels.com. The communication is good, along with their customer service, consideration and the effort they put in to make things right if there is any issues. I bent the rim on my RS19 and sent it off for replacement on a Friday morning and I had it back the following Friday in the morning. Throughout my relationship with them there have been a few times when they sent me something Out of courtesy with no extra cost. I also love the fact that When they have unicycles in stock and I decide to buy one, it only takes 3 days for me to receive it. It could be longer for sure. Now I'm telling people, If you got to, Sell your game system, your girlfriend and your mom then get you an electric unicycle from Ewheels.com!!
