“Ewheels experience has been Great! Prompt, Knowledgable Expertise, Accommodating, Understands Customer Service and Satisfaction. The only con was the wait on my wheel but it was worth it and I ordered a part that was wrong item received they handled it professionally and quickly, and that was more impressive. EWheels has been easy to communicate and prompt to update. When I was referred to them, I was told Ewheels back up their products with their outstanding service, and I see it first hand!”

“the torque MSP is my first wheel from eWheels. i have communicated with Jason and others of the team on many occasions about various items. I've been pleased. no pressure. informative. can ask any and many questions. I'm also very happy with my wheel. based on the quality of communication, i expect that minimum quality of service otherwise....hopefully I won't need any technical wheel service. I'm commuting with my wheel and realized how my previous wheel [MSV3] was holding me back. loving the wheel and service. thanks TEAM”

“Everyone has heard it, they guys over at eWheels are awesome. But here I am saying just the same. I ordered the Sherman as my first wheel... I know, not for everyone. But for me, I wanted to have something I was going to grow into. I knew I would love the sport and I didn’t want to get a wheel that topped out at 25 or 30 and end up spending more money and owning two wheels. So, I sold my little beater commuter car and bought the Sherman. Jason and the guys at eWheels were great since the moment I put my deposit down, I am sure they would have been beforehand too I just had only begun my interaction at that point. They were clear and constant in their communication. They knew with a deposit down and eventually with the balance paid, I would be antsy for updates and they gave them. They let me know when dates changed and why. They let me know when it is expected and always answered my questions. When the Sherman finally did come, I got an email right away indicating how to set it up and precautions to take (although with many YouTube vids under my belt, I already knew, it was great customer service). They also said due to the Sherman’s poor waterproofing at the screen, they were sending out a film to cover it with. I haven’t got this yet but they have always stood behind their word and it’s an example of the above and beyond nature of eWheels. They didn’t have to provide this. They didn’t have to charge it up so I could ride it right out of the box. They didn’t have to send me an email right once it was delivered to give me startup tips and tricks. But they did. As far as the Sherman being my first wheel, it was honestly great to learn on for a few reasons. First, the tire width is nearly three inches! I am sure that contributed to my quick learning, within less than ten minutes I was strolling around the parking lot (albeit not like a pro but cruising none the less). My wife came out of the house to watch me and I rode it from the parking lot, across the street, up the driveway and dismounted to her surprise. She was concerned after selling my car that it would take ages for me to learn! Lol. Second, it is extremely planted. I don’t have any other wheel to compare it to but nearly everyone says this in their videos and I can see why. It feels so balanced. It is day six riding it and I am already practicing riding backwards. Again, I think the wheel deserves most of the praise as it has seemed to contribute to a quick learn. Third, I would guess most other wheels have this but the customizability on the alarm and tilt back speeds is very helpful as I am able to set it to say, 15mph, 20, or 25 as a beginner and make sure I don’t push myself too hard too fast. Fourth, the screen really is a great thing to have! Again I have no other wheel to compare it too but is surprises me that this is the first wheel with a screen. I don’t have to turn on my phone every time I start it up just to see my speed, battery, or distance, it’s all just right there on the wheel. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I haven’t had to commute on the wheel yet which is why I sold my car for it, but I am sure once COVID passes and things begin to get back to normal, by that time I will be cursing around like a pro. Don’t think twice about it! As far as the wheel goes, in my opinion even for a beginner, if you want to go far and fast, this is the wheel for you. And there is no one better to buy one from than eWheels.”

“Best non-car transportation I've ever owned! Very sturdy, everything is well-built. The wheels team is very attentive to any questions or concerns that may arise, if any at all, and they are quick to respond. Worth every penny but after owning such a high-quality, well-built product with great customer relations, I feel like I should've gotten the phaeton instead. It's just beefier and I'm digging the 40mph speed on this one (it DOES go that fast) I just want to go faster :)”

“Purchasing from eWheels was fast, easy, and there were no issues ordering through the website. I briefly spoke over the phone with them to change my shipping options and received very informative info about the EUC (KS16X) I was purchasing. This is my first EUC and eWheels was recommended by a Friend who owns several EUC's. I thank eWheels for the service and feel comfortable calling about any questions or about parts needed in the future. My KS16X arrived fast and in good solid packaging along with the 5A rapid charger and neoprene EUC cover I ordered (I highly recommend both accessories to others and both are solid quality). I really appreciated the "getting started with your wheel / recommendations" email I received from eWheels prior to the EUC arriving from shipment; it allowed me to have the wheel up and running in minutes out of the box. I will definitely be ordering from eWheels in the future.”

“Support/Sales team is extremely responsive. I got responses typically within minutes. A friend recommended going through support in case I needed hassle free warranty service, and I'm glad I went with eWheels. I was covered and they gave me several options for service. “I’d like to be 100% honest. I’ve been riding EUCs a couple of years now, I know of other online resources to get wheels cheaper but prefer to still order from ewheels because of the great service and quality control. It’s an awesome place to order from . they have your back if anything goes wrong with an order.”

“The strengths of ewheels include the ability to get answers from a real and knowledgeable person very quickly and their fast processing and shipping. My S18 and fast charger that I ordered are working fine, but I take comfort in the fact that I will be able to reach someone should problems occur. Furthermore, I've heard from others who have had problems with their equipment that ewheels has provided excellent service. It's refreshing to find a company this responsive and caring about their customers.”
