“If I were going to buy anything unicycle related in the future it would be with these people, not only were they quick to respond when they open they saved me from buying a product that doesn't fit the euc I bought. Product was well protected for delivery. They answered every question I threw at them, initially I was uneasy I always am with a new store. But there is absolutely nothing negative to say about them, you have a repeat customer here!!!”

“I have purchased three EUCs from eWheels and have been very happy with their service. Communication is excellent and the wheels have all been delivered to my house in perfect condition. I appreciate that eWheels pays to have extra quality inspection done on the wheels before they leave the factories in China and has stopped selling wheels that do not meet its safety standards. This is above and beyond for a reseller.”

“1st let me Big Salute to Chooch Tech! Chooch is the one that put me on. E-Wheels is the best. Eric hooked me up with a V12 HT. It's freaking amazing! My very 1st wheel. It's rediculously powerful so I made the top speed only 10 mph until I know wtf I'm doing....lol. Ps. The towel works great for protection. The knees and the Wheel. I will use Velcro to make it attach better, but so far it's very comfortable.”

“This wheel shipped the day I ordered it. This is my 8th wheel from wheels and everytime it's been fast and they actually respond to emails and calls. Unlike literally any other company. They don't copy and paste answers and it feels really good. More than on time.”

“This is my second wheel to purchase from ewheels, I am so beyond impressed with this company’s customer service. Their communication is fast! They are very helpful! I genuinely will not buy an EUC from anyone else I am so impressed with how they provide customer service. If you are on the fence for some reason on who to buy from I can tell you I have never felt more safe spending thousands of dollars of my own money with a company. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!”

“So far so good with both eWheels and my new Sherman S. My questions/concerns were always fully answered. At this point, eWheels will be my first choice on any future PEV purchases. Would have given 5 stars if not for the lack of "wrong container ship" communication.”

“Upgraded from the Kingsong 16X to the Sherman-S. I bought both wheels from eWheels about two years apart. As far as the wheels go, both have been flawless. The upgrade is like going from a Honda Civic to a Mercedes G-Wagon. What a huge jump in comfort and performance. I couldn't be happier with my decisions and eWheels are the reason. Initially (2 years ago), I wanted the inMotion V11 but it wasn't available when I was purchasing my first wheel. Jason mentioned the 16X and its comparative performance - albeit without suspension - and I bought it instead. Loved it for more than a thousand miles and now it has become my brother's first wheel. Next, came the Sherman-S. I purchased it from eWheels without hesitation based on my previous experience. All of my questions were responded to very quickly and no email went unanswered for more than an hour or two WITH a three-hour time zone difference, regardless of the time of day I sent the email (within normal business hours and I am in the Eastern Time Zone). For example: In my anxiousness, I emailed a question at 8 AM ET one morning thinking it would be one of the first emails they might respond to around 11 AM ET. I received a reply in an hour, which would have been 6 AM in eWheels time zone. There was a shipping delay with the Sherman-S, from China, and Jason was super communicative and made the waiting period completely bearable. My experience has been that this company is next-level with customer service. I received shipping updates, shipping label creation updates, emails describing the wheel and linking me to electronic versions of documentation, videos and even safe riding recommendations. If I had never sent a single email to them full of anticipation and questions, I would still have received at least 5 emails from them as previously described. Fantastic customer service! I am looking forward to purchasing from them again when I'm ready for another wheel. I can't imagine anyone providing the service, communication and remediation they do so I'd consider myself an eWheels customer for the rest of my life in this hobby. My experiences have been stellar.”

“Jason and Eric are always so kind and helpful. The little extra bonuses they throw in are always welcome, such as the extra tire they threw in with my MTen4, and the discount for the extra charger and seat for my V13. Those little things have won over my loyalty. I'm really hoping the experience is just as positive when I need support with the wheels.”

“I waited a year almost to write this to make sure it was as good as it seemed at first. But I have nothing but good reviews to say about the scooter. It goes fast enough for around town and doing errands and the battery. Life is great. I’m coming from an electric skateboard and it’s so much easier and safer. The other thing I noticed is that I didn’t use it much through the winter and the battery is staying right at 100%. I know I should be using it at least a few times but I didn’t get a chance to but the battery seems to be doing great. The size is perfect for being able to take into a store. Yep there’s bigger faster scooters out there but this one’s pretty good all around as far as functionality around town. I didn’t have any warranty issues so I didn’t have to deal with Luna but they seem to be pretty responsive and I’m glad I bought it from them.”
