“I order from Exclusive Books on a regular basis and have spent thousands with them. Since Covid, the delays have been quite severe. I don't mind waiting and I understand the reason for waiting but the thing that annoys me is the lack of communication from their side. Order status' are not updated once the "delivery date" has passed and when you inquire, you don't get a response. Perhaps its time for me to start using Takealot.”

“I place an order on the 8th January 2021 abd was promised that it will be delivered by the 21st of January but since then I haven't received it and exclusive books is not communicating or replying my emails. I also called their customer care line but still no feedback from them. I'm so disappointed with the service that I'm receiving from Exclusive books, this is worst experience I've ever received when purchasing online.”
