Sent an email, opted to receive a refund voucher was told it would be loaded after another 72- 96 hours-120 hours later, still nothing. Really poor service fromExclusive Books. Getting a simple gift for someone has been such a drag, the birthday has since passed and I am still waiting for a refund.”
“I place an order on the 8th January 2021 abd was promised that it will be delivered by the 21st of January but since then I haven't received it and exclusive books is not communicating or replying my emails. I also called their customer care line but still no feedback from them. I'm so disappointed with the service that I'm receiving from Exclusive books, this is worst experience I've ever received when purchasing online.”
