“Not my first time using exotic pets. I purchased a snake from them this time. From placing my order to delivery was very smooth. I received email communication on updates and a small questionnaire to fill out regarding the animals housing along with photo evidence to be provided. Although to some this may seem tedious to me this showed me they cared about the animals more then the money. I requested feeding records which was sent with the animal (not sure if it would have been the case anyway but I asked just incase). From my understanding the process of answering some of the questions is made easier when purchasing the set up and or equipment through them which I will do with my next purchase already spotted a few animals I am keen to have as part of my collection 100% recommend this company. With regards to delivery I got a text the evening before giving me a hour and a half time slot for when the driver expected to arrive with me and he was right in the middle of the window which was great. The snake is in great health with no concerns when she arrived and has settled in great and had her first meal with me too.”

“Customer service was awesome, the courier came at a time I was asleep (I work nights) and the person I spoke to in email at Exotic-Pets.co.uk was nothing but helpful and polite - willing to help and reassuring me my sweet little millipede would be ok for one more night :) The millipede arrived the next day in mint condition - packed nicely - was active and happy and eager to nibble on a cucumber :) Overall a positive experience. I've ordered from this site many moons ago when I purchased my two Italian Crested Newts and my three giant dumpy tree frogs. I've always rated this place for exotic pets! Highly recommend!”

“Highly recommend. First time I have ordered online, quality/quantity of insects is excellent. To date, I have purchased from Pets at Home who always have such limited stock and you need to get in early on delivery day for hatchlings. My delivery from Exotic Pets arrived the day following order, superb!”
