“Fantastic service and live food arrived in perfect condition. I’ve used the shop in the past for a vivarium and received great assistance when the supplier didn’t include enough pegs for assembly. Highly recommend.”

“Good service. Good on the phone, too. Helpful and honest. They emailed when the animal I was after was in stock and they delivered quickly. They had already sent a female millipede, and I now asked for a male to 'keep her company'. They were a bit non-committal about the gender of the millipede that they had already sent, or of the gender of the one that they would send to join 'her', but time will tell, I suppose. I ordered on a Thursday and the beast arrived on the Monday. Pretty good. I would recommend the company and I would use them again. Good service on two occasions, now. Thank you.”

“Easy to find products with great prices. Bought a medium size plastic hide for my Royal Python and she loves the new safe space. Ordered it and the product was delivered two days later. Brilliant service.”

“The T. e. obscurus I purchased almost a week ago (tomorrow he'll have been with me for 7 days!) arrived in wonderful condition, very alert and skittish, as gartersnakes tend to be. He's got the garter appetite and so far his quarantine is going smoothly and I suspect there's no issues at all, but you can never be too careful. Customer service was GREAT, and I'm relieved to find out that exotic-pets prioritises the well-being of their animals enough to check in to ensure the animal will be moving into an appropriate setup as soon as they arrive. The faunarium I purchased with him will be used after his quarantine, hopefully when he's big enough to not make me worry I'll lose him through a gap. Amazing price for what's offered in the setups, and I couldn't recommend purchasing one enough, especially if you'll be putting everything to use in the future. The best first impression from a site I've been on the fence about buying from, and now I can say I'm glad I finally did. Definitely looking forward to becoming a regular customer with exotic-pets.”

“What i ordered was out of stock a week later after i placed an order for substrate for my hamster to burrow and dig in, but they gave me options in customer services and even offered a refund and different items. I asked and decided to wait till they were back in stock which took another week till it finally dispatched and arrived within 2 days of dispatchment. While i was disappointed my order went out of stock a week after i ordered, customer services went out of their way to respond to my queries and my decision to wait, so i cannot fault them for their amazing service especially during this pandemic. I applaud all the workers there for a job well done and a happy customer, will definately be ordering again some time soon. :)”

“Amazing communication, I had two items out of stock and they rang me to give me options of credit or a refund as well as letting me know my parcel was being dispatched! Turned up within 3 days of dispatch and very well packed.”
