“Booked a trip to Jordan having abandoned booking a trip to South Africa. The reason being that initially the price is good, then you get to the extras and the site for both trips is really confusing as to whether some of the extras are included in the standard trip or need to be added. The South Africa trip was particularly obscure. Even the Jordan trip is very unclear- why would I need to book a meal on arrival when I arrive at 1 am? And why would I need to pay £120 for early access to my room when I am arriving late anyway. Is this just a ruse to get money? It should certainly be much more clear.
On the positive side the tour looks interesting. I’m will write a review again when in return, in the mean will book the South Africa trip elsewhere”

We would like to highlight that an early check-in is sometimes requested when guests arrive on late flights, to avoid the waiting time to access the room. With early check-in, you can use the room and rest immediately upon arrival.
The included tours are listed in the Trip Summary as such. However, supplementary tours are also available and listed with the price per passenger. These can be booked up to 30 days before departure.

“When I was booking my trip, they misspelled my last name. When I attempted to get them to correct the issue a few hours later, they asked me to send my passport which I did. After a week, I did not receive any communication from them. It was very frustrating to communicate with them and I feel their customer service was extremely lacking. There were long waits on the phone attempting to reach customer service. I felt like they took my money and didn’t even try to communicate until a week before the trip.”

“We went to India last May with Exoticca. We had a great time, the itinerary was well put together, the hotels were mostly good although we changed the one in Delhi. The hotel was in the business district with nothing close by and no bar facilities. We complained and the guide organised another hotel which we paid substantialy more for and more than if we had booked it direct. We pointed this out to Exoticca on our return and received a voucher by way of compensatiom.
We have just booked China 360 with them and are very happy with the service from Meri on the phone. Everything was double checked before payment and all the information regarding the visa was given. Looking forward to having the same great time as we had in India. Would definitely recommend.”
