“Although the product that I received was great and exactly what I hoped for, there were a number of problems with the delivery process. Unfortunately, this led to the product not being delivered on time. This product was required for a specific event.”

“Express promo was at getting my order completed in plenty of time to be delivered for my event, however, the carrier has still not delivered it and my event is on Friday (31st of May Wednesday today). I ordered on the 9th of May. So fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow. Aramex is a minus 5-star rating. Change courier companies they are going to give you a bad rep! It has been sitting in Townsville since the 22nd of May and hasn't moved from there. And yes, I have called them. unfortunately, I can't rate the product because I haven't seen it yet :(”

Hi Kaye, I have just looked into this and it looks like you have been in contact with Abbie who is following up with the courier. I am very sorry for the delay. Over 2 weeks for delivery is definitely not a normal occurrence. We will be in contact as soon as we have more information from the courier. Tiff

“I was really impressed with the staff who stayed polite whilst I tweaked what I wanted. I was delighted when the tracking number was sent as time mattered a lot, and I followed along. The parcel arrived and it was then I discovered it was just one of two and I was so incredibly disappointed and then devastated when I realised the second parcel hadn't been sent yet. I jumped to action and asked for this parcel to be sent express but was told it couldn't. Suggest that the tracking information be specific about what is being sent. I'd have made contact on that day and presumably could have had it sent express then.”

Hi Deborah, Sorry to hear you weren't 100% happy with our service. The pens have a 3 business day production time whereas the bags have a 7 business day production time as stated on the listing. The production time commences from final approval and payment received. We send the pens as soon as they are ready to ensure they aren't held up while the bags are completed. Your bags were shipped on the 6th business day which is within our timeframe. I have also had a look through the email trail and can't see a request for the bags to be sent express, however, Abbie did confirm the bags were leaving slightly earlier for you. Tiffany

“Product as described, shipping awful. Paid for express and was aware it might not make it by a day or 2 with delays and covid sruff but it didn't even come close to making it in time for my trip. Shipping took 13 days! 10 business days is certainly not express shipping.”

“The first part of the order was perfect, I was notified from the time it left the warehouse till I received the box. Second part of order, not a peep out of anyone till it arrived at my door yesterday. Luckily I was at home. The goods themselves are what I expected.”
