“My Sodalite stone arrived in perfect shape, larger and better than I imagined it would be and at a great price! Where other stones from other places are frequently smaller than imagined, this was substantial in weight and size and fit perfectly on my stand. “Well, the joke’s on me! My crystals are beautiful! They are the nicest crystals I’ve ever received, ordering online. (Except for the other tome I ordered from Exquisite Crystals) What’s more, customer service was outstanding and very prompt in responding to my concern that I’d received the wrong item. I hadn’t. It was an error on my part. I thought I was ordering a crystal I would wear around my neck. Nope! This one weighs over a 1/2 pound! Not planning to wear it anytime ever! I don’t know how I misread the description but it is really beautiful. Customer service responded to my inquiry very quickly and politely. They surely had a good laugh at the idea I was planning to wear it! They offered and then did put up a few more of the type I thought I had ordered so I could possibly select one. I didn’t because though they weren’t 1/2 pound, they weren’t quite the size I needed, either.”
