“Well don't I feel dumb for not checking these reviews before purchasing from Exxpozed. They've pretty much played me like they have everyone else on here. I'm waiting on a refund but who knows how long it will take to arrive. DEFINITELY AVOID.”

“Looks like a Fraud Scam website.. They take the money and there is no stock to back the sales.. and then you can't get a refund.. completely illegal.. I will also along with many many other customers ask Paypal to suspend their Account with this business.. I have only seen Reviews like these on Fraudulent Scam Websites..”

“this company took money for a hat when it was not in stock and could not be supplied. They have refused to refund the money I paid. I am taking the matter up with Paypal and will report the matter to the police.”

“"in stock" doesn't mean a thing on this website. After ordering 2 pairs of snowshoes that were "in stock" I got told 1 1/2 weeks later they still didn't know when they'd be sent out. DO NOT order from these guys if you want your items fast....(((My issue isn't about postage, which i know would take a while, but the fact they marked the products as "in stock" and 10 days later couldn't tell me when they would actually have it in stock. MSR products take ages to come back in stock, i could have been waiting for months for new snowshoes. Their refund only came after lodging a PayPal dispute)))”

“I ordered a pair of Bogner ski pants from this company and paid for them to be shipped via DHL which typically takes 3-5 days from overseas. A Month later still no pants. I tried to cancel and Florian Steinweg gave me a tracking # but I called DHL and they said it was wrong. He insisted that it was right and called me a liar. I asked him to cancel the order and he claimed he couldn't cancel, 2 month later item showed up in a damaged box through US postal service and was left at my front door, I took back to the post office and I refused to accept shipping as Florian, said just send it back when you get it. They have now confirmed receipt of pants for 30 Days and are ignoring crediting my Visa card. when they received the package, they claimed I will be credited within 10 days. this was June 9 and today is July 22. bad bad company with no ethics.”

“WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I placed a order with 7 items which worth 1314.86 euro on 11 May 2020. I only received 1 item from exxpozed today (10/06/2020), I've tried to email and call them, but they completely ignore my enquires for whole month. They only reply when you give negative review on Google page. They said they shipped all 7 items by DHL, I called DHL a fews time with the tracking number CI601888836DE, but DHL said they only had 1 item. Exxpozed lied to their customer all the time, they try to play a disgusting game. IT IS A SCAM! I've reported it to Paypal, hopefully Paypal can get my money back.”

“3 minutes ago I ordered a sleeping bag more than a month ago. I still haven't received the sleeping bag. When I called the customer service they offered me to refund my money (350 euros) because they couldn't tell me when the sleeping bag would be available for shipping. It's been a week now and I still have not received a refund. Their hotline is so busy I cannot even get through the line.”

“100% FRAUD. They do not have any stock at all! DHL tracking number has been provided immediately but item has never been sent ("scheduled for pickup" according to DHL for already 2 weeks). No reply on any of my 5 emails to them. Only upon PayPal case has been created they replied that "item has been returned back to them according to COVID-19" - they lie obviously and DHL confirmed thus lie. Avoid this and outdoorsport24 and backpacking-united.com and thousand other websites created by russian and chineese hackers. I GIVE THEM ZERO if I can do it here”

“Purchased a jacket on the 19th April. Date is now 23rd May & still no jacket. Emailed them & they just make excuses. Just glad I paid via PayPal. Avoid this company’s misleading sales pitches!! Only gave one star as you have to!”

“truly shambolic. I ordered items on the 17th April, showed it would be dispatched within 5 days. still haven't received items. requested refund: cancelled some of the items (28th - 8 days ago) and have yet to receive money back from them = theft. avoid avoid avoid still waiting for one item, absolutely no communications or even an apology. complete shambles, haven't responded to one of my emails. dispute raised with Paypal - they have stolen my money”

“I wouldnt even give them one star! Ordered in early March 13. Tracking says every day delayed. April 1 delivery is loaded will likely be delayed. Now it is May 3 and it says the same thing. DHL website was no help either.”

“They are the worst, Florian Steinweg handled my order and. collected funds via papal on Feb 5 and item was shipped via DHL then transferred to United States post office, clearly to save money on shipment. after much frustration, Mid March I tried yto cancel and he said I am responsible to track down. DHL couldn't locate via tracking # given to me. Finally 2 month later April 1st Post office tried to deliver package to me and it was torn and rewrapped and I refused to receive it and disputed with my credit card. They are fighting back to get paid anyway ebven though package is sent back to them. I have never had such a bad and complicated shopping experience. I order from Europe a lot and all items are delivered DHL or FED EX in 3 days.”

“I ordered an item (pair of walking poles) on March 29. To-date (one month later) it appears these have not even shipped, and besides one or two generic replies the only somewhat informative reply on April 8 stated: "Unfortunately we can't say when the order can be shipped, because we are still waiting for the delivery from the manufacturer" ... unbelievable because they still advertise on their website "Shipping time 1-2 days" for this item. They pull the money from your credit card immediately even when they do not have the item in stock, as well as the fact that they are showing false shipping times on their website.”

“This company is a joke. Do not waste your money. Tried to purchase a back protector for my son and it has now been 4 months and all they say is that it is DHL issue with delivery, still sitting in DHL?? What? Never offered a refund or any help with the situation. They just give excuses but never any solutions. I am out $80 and still nothing. They said it sent but then 4 months later still no sign of package. Now I see why they only get 1 star. Please do not waste your time or money with this company. My last email was not even answered. Obviously they do not care about customer service. The easiest thing to do was a refund but never offered. Again just excuses. Dont do it! If I could do no stars I would. Spend the extra $5 or $10 and go with a reputable company with integrity! DON'T DO IT!”

“Absolute joke - still haven’t received my package, cost in excess of £150, I had to do all the chasing, spent hours on the phone, still nothing. Now I have to drive for 2 hours to pick the parcel up (if it is there) with no compensation whatsoever, told nothing they can do. Wow, how helpful and how costly it's all been for me. DON’T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE !!”
