Contacts were on back order, but I was never advised of this. I had to call in myself to find out the reason for the delay. You can never get a hold of Customer Service. It took me five days to find a get a hold of them.

I ordered contacts but mixed up the right and left eye perceptions. On website right eye was on left side and left eye on right. I immediately contacted EZContacts through the link of the Order Number: asking if this could be corrected before the order was processed or if I needed to start over and cancel this order. I sent a message about it twice just to be sure with it marked up to be contacted my text message. Since it was the weekend I figure I’d have to wait till next business day. I’ve not been contacted at all and order has been processed and is on the way and now I have to cancel the order.

I placed an order Thursday morning hoping to get it by the following Thursday before noon as I am traveling and I need contact lenses. I paid for expedited shipping but the order is still not shipped yet (it’s in pre shipment). Clearly, I will not be getting my order in time for my trip and I would have loved more transparency with timing before I wasted money on expedited shipping.

Not sure I would order glasses online ever again. The fit is off and they slide down. Card was charged way before they shipped.

I’ve ordered multiple times and received my order quickly… however this year it’s taken over 2.5 weeks and I still don’t have my contacts. VERY Frustrating considering I even paid more for the same exact thing I’ve ordered for years. I’ve been loyal for 5 years and will be looking elsewhere next time…

I paid rush delivery fee for this item to be delivered prior to my wedding. The item shipped a week after the promised delivery date, and waiting on an eta when it will actually arrive. Regardless, arrived after my wedding. Pretty disappointed

I’ve been using EZ contacts for 2 years. Originally it was great, easy and quick. I’m not sure what has been happening in the last 6-9 months but delivery is obnoxiously long. I’ve even paid for rush shipping (I think it was $20) and it still took 2 weeks. I recently ordered on October 20, today is November 1 and the order hasn’t even been shipped. In today’s world that is just unacceptable, I could order for the same price from my eye doctor and it would be faster. Hopefully they get it sorted out or the benefit of using them will cause people to leave.

It’s been about 18 days and my order still haven’t showed any progress in shopping, still waiting for pickup.. disappointing considering I ordered a years worth of contacts and was hoping to revive them before my trial ones from the eye dr needed to be replaced like it said when I ordered them but even though I should have gotten them by now they still haven’t even sent them out.. a years worth of contacts aren’t cheap either…

I ordered my contacts on October 14, 2024 and it is now October 31, 2024 and have not received them yet. My status was processing forever and now receive email that they are being shipped but tracking shows them still at warehouse. I just checked my order which states fully shipped. I have sent messages through there system and not had any communication. Te contacts better be at home.

Multiple delays and no delivery of product. No communication from support staff after multiple calls and multiple emails. I was finally informed that the original product that I ordered was not available. What was even More frustrating ….. I continued to be inundated with new sales pitches.( even though the product I originally ordered was not delivered..

The one size was back ordered and the company was on a holiday when it came in stock. Took over a month to get my order. The only reason I know this is I had to call to learn why it was taking so long. Lack of communication on their end.

The processing time this past order was 3 weeks. The website clearly stated you all would be closed for a few days and to keep your order processed in a timely fashion, order before the 17th I believe it was. I ordered the 10th and it took just about 3 weeks to ship. I understand it takes time to add the rx and transitions details but it's still way too long for the price of the glasses. Unfortunately, in addition, I believe I paid for expedited shipping.

I love your glasses. I have ordered three pair of the first two came in a decent amount of time very good quality but this last pair that I ordered have not arrived. I was told 5 to 8 business days. Been over two weeks I contacted the firm because that’s who I was paying through. They are due to take a payment on 17 November and I still do not have my glasses.

Called on the 18th for contacts.Found out after I ordered that they were closed for 10 days.Had to go to Americas Best yesturday because I ran out.They gave me enough till their shippment comes to me.Plus I made 1 order and they sent me 2 orders.Both are going back.And NO there was no flag on their website saying they would be closed.Found out Monday when I called for my recite that I still haven't recirved

how can a company completely SHUT DOWN for 10 days because of a religous holiday and NOT NOTE it in their online service platform !! ... i ordered on Oct. 10th and the contacts were shipped on Oct. 28th. ..and i did pay for expedited shipping because my contacts only had 3 days more use. ..i had to email EXContacts to find out WHY the contacts i ordered had not arrived and that's when i was told that the company would not re-open until Oct. 28th. .. your business model needs to be adjusted and more clear re: closings.
