I’ve ordered from EZcontacts before and they were great and efficient with processing the order. This ordering experience was very much the opposite. It took 7 (business) days to ship the contacts, plus an additional 4 days for them to be delivered.

I ordered on 3/4 and was given a tracking number with the order confirmation. Then I waited. After one week and three messages asking about my order, I was told they now have my order in stock. Nine days after ordering I finally got a message saying it shipped. The new tracking info says it’s coming via DHLe, which usually means it’s coming from outside the US and will probably take another week before I see it. Communication on this order has been horrible. This is the WORST service I’ve ever had from EZContacts. Time to change where I buy contacts.

My credit card was charged the day after I placed my order, but when I checked the shipping status 6 days later, the order still had not shipped. I contacted customer service, and was told the items were out of stock, and would be received from the manufacturer in 1 to 2 weeks (with a 5-7 day shipping time frame after that for me to receive the items. I had not received any notice to expect a delay in shipment. When I wrote to customer service to express my displeasure, including asking why my credit card was charged when the item was unavailable, I did not receive a response, but the next day I hot a shipping notice. Clearly, the order fulfillment aspect of this company is not a well-oiled machine. The price was a few dollars cheaper, but the customer service issues made that a false savings. I don't think I will be dealing with this company again.

Terrible company. Sent me glasses that I cannot see through. If they noticed that the prescription was wrong or missing, they should have contacted me. With the upgrades (on useless glasses) I paid over $300. Now I have to go through the hassle of filling out forms to return them and I HAVE TO PAY UPS $11.95. This may be a fledging company, but right now, the stink,

Ordering from EZContacts is easy, but tracking a prescription order is less clear. The status remains “order processing” until shipped with no information regarding the intermediate states that were available after speaking to a representative by phone. The shared details weren’t available online. I also received an email mentioning a delay, but it provided no additional information or reasons. I would have preferred a little more transparency.

I've used EZContacts for a number years when ordering new eyeglass frames.The main reason is their prices are always low. If you need new frames just order from EZContacts, it's that simple.

Not a lot of communication. They do not honor their shipping policy. Used DHL to ship, the worse. Driver said he couldn’t get in a gated apt complex. How do they normally get in? Do not buy from these idiots.
