Poor 3% Warning! Stay the hell away from these guys. Before I ordered a pool pump on Friday, Nov. 29, I called to make sure that it was in stock, and I hoped that it could be shipped that day. I was ok with the promised Monday shipping. I was shocked and bewildered when I got a call late Tuesday afternoon wanting to verify my address, which was exactly as ordered. If that really was an issue, I should have been called Monday before the promised shipping. I was concerned about their stalling tactics, and called them Wednesday morning, and again Wednesday afternoon, wanting to know when and if it would ever be shipped. Members of staff told that only Jay could answer that question, and that he'd call me. Of course, he never did, and I cancelled the order that night. After waiting four more days trying to get my $475 refund, I finally had to get it through my credit card company. Next time I order from an unfamiliar company, I'm reading the bad reviews. I would have seen all the complaints to the Better Business Bureau, Ripoff Reports and Trustpilot. I would have known that their "address verification call" is commonly used for stalling. I'm surprised that Jay can get his employees to buy into his crookedness. Jay has proven once again that "one bad apple can spoil the whole barrel."

Purchased a pool heater and had the audacity to call and ask if it was actually in stock to plan accordingly for install. Was told someone would call me in 30 mins. I waited and called back 3 hours later and told they were busy and I would be called by the end of the day. I called 3.5 hours later at the end of the business day and was told they drop ship so they don't actually carry it but Jay will call you tomorrow and verify. I get a call this morning saying yes, it can be shipped immediately but there will also be a new "access charge of $186". What??? Canceled. Wasted 24 hours I could have had a real company ship the pool heater. Don't waste your time with this unreliable unpredictable company.

Ordered my 24' round and it was delivered on time-I bought the wedding cake steps to attach to deck-but also wanted the A frame ladder to use til deck was built which came with the premier package but it was left off my order so I called them and they fedexed them and got in 2 days-the customer service was excellent and have recommended them to my friends that want a pool-Great Company and Great Service πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

SECOND UPDATE: We returned the chlorinator that they mistakenly sent, and they will not refund the shipping portion. It was their mistake, they should refund the shipping, too. Jay (the owner), promised they would refund the shipping, too, but two weeks later, still no refund. What an awful, scam of a company, and the rudest, smoke-rasp-voiced customer service people ever. They should be shutdown and prosecuted. UPDATE: We received the replacement part, and it was the same one we received the first time! Unbelievable! This company is THE WORST company. Again, DO NOT patronize this awful business. Service after the sale is definitely not this company's motto. Once they have your money, forget about Customer Service. After sending the wrong part, my wife has called four times, and I have called twice, and the salesman (Jay) has never returned any of our phone calls. This seems to be a trend with this company, judging from the other online reviews I have read. If not for the pool installer's endorsement, I would never have used this company. There are too many online pool supply pages to waste your time on this one. Stay as far away from this company as you can!

Great Pool purchasing experience. Jay is very knowledgeable about above ground pool. I talked to several pool companies but Family Pool Fun was the best.

Bought an above ground pool 24 foot round -and installed it in 2007 -we were very skeptical but are excited to report we are still using it every summer and we live in Alaska Always had to replace in the last 12 years was the solar cover

I purchased a sauna from them. I love it and use it almost daily. It did come with a damaged backrest, but they sent a replacement with no problems whatsoever.

There was some mix ups with the original Amazon order but the seller reached me and rectified everything. Completely satisfied with selker in the end.

I bought a winter pool safety cover and they were extremely helpful from the point of sale to fast and accurate shipping . The cover itself is very well made was a breeze to install and the finished look is fabulous ! Great product great company I couldn’t be happier and that’s rare these days !!

My pool liner tore . It was replaced without question. They say NO HASSLE RETURNS. That really mean it. You guys are great!

Ordered a pool a 24’ x 54” I received many packages 17 total some of the boxes were torn but not all the way throu no lost parts or pieces it can shinkwraped on one skid oh my and it was very heavy. The most heavy was the pool wall take care and use a hand truck every thing received was perfect
