Besides the fact that is company is overseas,and everything is handmade,they responded to EVERY Email.My order took about 3 weeks to arrive. Customer service is better than some American companies.Will do businesses again!!

I ordered on May 19th and received my order today on June 15th. My son loves his jacket. I had them add extra when they reached out for my design approval they didn’t charge me for the additional patch. Customer service was extremely friendly. They took longer than expected to deliver but when they delivered THEY delivered!!
