Very unprofessional company, Bags where left laying at garden gate witch is open in pouring rain water running down the bags an damage packaging that was soaked this isnt the first time Fastway couriers have done this they have previously through stuff over the wall rather than walk up a small garden path, U can't even get spking to the company, The company that used this dreadful company as courier have been informed Boohoo Pretty little thing Asos Sports direct

Always problem with Fastway, they are all unorganised, I have lost few jobs waiting for the material from fastway.

After 2 weeks of sending my parcel out with a courier and then sending it back to the depot 20 minutes away from me every day I was told I was finally getting it today. Instead I got my neighbours parcel (turns out they had problems with fastway too) and my parcel was once again returned to the depot. I cannot stress this enough: use ANY courier but fastway, every single one of them is far superior and if you are buying from a company that exclusively use fastway send their customer service team an email before you buy requesting it be sent by any other courier or by post it's far safer than using fastway

Couldn’t believe it when I ordered a pair of shoes and it was fast way. The worst courier service I have ever come across. Third time I’ve had to deal with them. They said my package was delivered today and of course no sign of it. Same as the last 2 times

"Misdirected FOUR times and counting! Disastrous company whose reputation precedes it. I would recommend that customers ask vendors to avoid Fastway at all costs. See below my litany of failure courtesy of Fastway. It's been "misdirected" four times since arriving from the Netherlands. PL0000319931 is tracking reference. We've received your parcel in our central distribution hub. The package arrived in Republic Ireland (EU) more than a week ago now but keeps being misdirected by the incompetent courier company fastway.ie. I would be very grateful if you could contact them to request that they either deliver the item or have it returned to you in the Netherlands so that I can get a refund as this service is dreadful. The fault is with the courier but they have stopped responding to my requests in a meaningful way and do not seem to care if it is delivered. I would also request that in future you use a different courier company to fastway as their awful reputation precedes them as can be seen in trustpilot and Google reviews. Dreadful service, I’m still waiting to learn where my parcel went. No communication or apology. . I do not recommend this company.

My heart always sinks a bit when I get my delivery email and see that fastway are the courier. I got a package from them on time a few weeks ago, and I remember being very surprised. But this week we're back to the usual, they're "encountering operation delays" apparently. I guess that beats the usual lie of " We tried to deliver your package".

I paid for delivery within 2 days as I ordered live plants. Fastways put the item out for delivery on the tracker but made no delivery attempt. They have now advised the package may not be delivered for another 48 hours- meaning I will receive the package 7 days after it was dispatched. They know the items will be dead at this point and have not even offered an apology. This is the worst delivery service in Ireland.

Terrible service. I got a text to say my package was in a shop 11 KM from my address, this during Level 5 Covid restrictions where we are limited to 5 KM Several weeks and texts later I finally got my delivery

Fast said they delivered my parcel all I got was the address label in my letterbox the courier just tore it of my parcel and kept it I cant even email the service to complain he must have wanted my washing powder for himself

Fastest couriers delivered a package to my house this morning. I wasn't there at the time. The driver placed the package neatly on my backdoor step. Well done Fast way. Much appreciated. Thank you. George.M.

The delivery driver phoned my partner's mobile and shouted down the phone "delivery!" Before she could even get a word out, she told the driver she would be down right away. She left the apartment straight away and hopped in the lift, before the lift even moved the delivery driver started buzzing the apartment phone which I answered. In the most rude aggressive and sassy tone he shouted down the apartment phone "delivery!" To which I simply responded "my partner is on her way down to you, I'll buzz you inside". When my partner exited the lift her parcel was laying on the floor and the driver had gone, there could have been any number of valuable items in the parcel and he just threw it on the floor and left, we didn't even have the chance to inspect the parcel before accepting it from him because he threw it on the floor and left. I phoned the driver to address this with him directly but he got so aggressive with me and threatened me going so far as the state that he "knows where I live" I sent a message to fastway and all they said was sorry for any "inconvenience" My personal safety in my home was threatened by your employee, that is more than an inconvenience. Terrible service. Terrible company. I will be avoiding any business that uses this delivery service.

Oh my god if I could give zero stars. My full and genuine address including eircode was not clear enough for them. They emailed me, I gave them my full address within 5 minutes. No reply. 2 days later the tracking still said address query so I sent it again, no reply. I contacted the company I was purchasing from who also passed on my address again to fastway. 4 days later I got a reply from Pamela in fastway, the first person who had contacted me, apologising for the delayed reply and informing me my package had been returned to sender. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They are morons!!!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars, They are the worse courier service in Ireland. Ordered 2 packages from Smyth's both went return to sender. Eircode and number on order didn't bother their backside delivering. we don't live in a rural area. No way of contacting them to what's going on or try fix the issue. Every order I have had with them has always had a problem.

Rudest driver come to my house. First rang me and wouldn't take my postcode and then arrived at the door saying we put the wrong address and that we are in the wrong place. No good. Wouldn't even give a star.
