“Absolute joke of a company Parcel was picked up by fastway on 20/04/21 and give a tracking number, and estimated to arrive in 48 hours,,,,,THAT was 5 weeks ago!!! Turned out to have the wrong aircode,but they had my email, address and phone number, contacted them by email 4time,get the same reply as everyone else "we'll get back to you" still no package,,, contacted sell who was just as bad and refused to give a refund,just checked tracking number again,said delivered 3 days ago,but they don't know where,,, Save yourself the hassle,pay the extra€1 and go through a reliable source... ,so after 6week,I get a reply,see below."send us your tracking number and we'll look into it,,, you've been looking into it for a month ....so what's your answer now ??”

“Delivery driver had a bad case of manstuation very abrupt and rude when I complained I was told my parcel would not be delivered I’d have to collect it at the depot sixty miles away. I’ll be reconsidering my online delivery’s if Fastway is the courier service.”

“Fastway couriers are consistently poor on delivery. Packages arrive battered, and always late. I always put an eircode on any order, yet their driver calls and tells you they don't have an eircode so that the delivery is going back. Today I got a message and returned the call within 1 min. I gave the driver my eircode and told him it was a birthday present for my 10 year old, which she has. Been waiting on every day, Only to be told that the package is going back to depot as he is more than 15 mins drive away and was already in the area earlier, yet he had only just phoned 1 min earlier. . Grrr. They are the worst.”

“17/05/21 One star too good! Such a shockingly bad courier service. Driver never delivered my package from Zara despite me being in all day! Hmmm,, where did my package disappear to!! No explanation given though numerous attempts made in chat/email option as one can't call them! Waiting for Danny Hughes CEO to get back to me. Will post update here!”

“Fastway are the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They have no phone numbers listed and Im guessing that's so they wouldn't be in the phone all day listening to people complain about their bad service. I live on the border of two counties and my parcel always takes 2 weeks sometimes more to be delivered from Dublin. Its not like its coming from Europe. ( My parcels from the UK via An Post take 2 days.) They a misdirected at least 4 times every order, sometimes lost ir sent back to the supplier. The supplier's call to try sort the problem out with Fastway but THEY don't even get joy. We've added notes on the parcel but clearly no one can read at Fastway. I've sent message on their webpage but still no joy. I've asked for a call so we can resolve the issue but I'm ignored. Very bad customer service. I want to cry when I need to order and Fastway are the courier company.”

“Appalling Service. No waybod contacting them. Parcels are not delivered. Its a complete joke how they can get away with it. Inwill not be ordering from the companies that use this courier service as it cant be trusted”

“Very unprofessional company, Bags where left laying at garden gate witch is open in pouring rain water running down the bags an damage packaging that was soaked this isnt the first time Fastway couriers have done this they have previously through stuff over the wall rather than walk up a small garden path, U can't even get spking to the company, The company that used this dreadful company as courier have been informed Boohoo Pretty little thing Asos Sports direct”

“After 2 weeks of sending my parcel out with a courier and then sending it back to the depot 20 minutes away from me every day I was told I was finally getting it today. Instead I got my neighbours parcel (turns out they had problems with fastway too) and my parcel was once again returned to the depot. I cannot stress this enough: use ANY courier but fastway, every single one of them is far superior and if you are buying from a company that exclusively use fastway send their customer service team an email before you buy requesting it be sent by any other courier or by post it's far safer than using fastway”

“Couldn’t believe it when I ordered a pair of shoes and it was fast way. The worst courier service I have ever come across. Third time I’ve had to deal with them. They said my package was delivered today and of course no sign of it. Same as the last 2 times”

“"Misdirected FOUR times and counting! Disastrous company whose reputation precedes it. I would recommend that customers ask vendors to avoid Fastway at all costs. See below my litany of failure courtesy of Fastway. It's been "misdirected" four times since arriving from the Netherlands. PL0000319931 is tracking reference. We've received your parcel in our central distribution hub. The fault is with the courier but they have stopped responding to my requests in a meaningful way and do not seem to care if it is delivered. I would also request that in future you use a different courier company to fastway as their awful reputation precedes them as can be seen in trustpilot and Google reviews. “My heart always sinks a bit when I get my delivery email and see that fastway are the courier. I got a package from them on time a few weeks ago, and I remember being very surprised. But this week we're back to the usual, they're "encountering operation delays" apparently. I guess that beats the usual lie of " We tried to deliver your package".”

“I paid for delivery within 2 days as I ordered live plants. Fastways put the item out for delivery on the tracker but made no delivery attempt. They have now advised the package may not be delivered for another 48 hours- meaning I will receive the package 7 days after it was dispatched. They know the items will be dead at this point and have not even offered an apology. This is the worst delivery service in Ireland.”

“Terrible service. I got a text to say my package was in a shop 11 KM from my address, this during Level 5 Covid restrictions where we are limited to 5 KM Several weeks and texts later I finally got my delivery”

“Fast said they delivered my parcel all I got was the address label in my letterbox the courier just tore it of my parcel and kept it I cant even email the service to complain he must have wanted my washing powder for himself”
