“SCAM STAY AWAY Never received my package two times in two weeks and I live 5 mins from the Fastway depot, if they cant deliver to me, everyone else has no chance, wont reply to my emails, cant find a phone number.. somebody in the company open my package and liked what they seen and took it, its the only explanation. and I say to any company that wants to use them to ship there products, DONT”

“Delivered a paperback book in a paper bag by throwing it onto the garden over the wall in the rain - book now damaged beyond repair. We were homoe so they could have rung the bell.... Unbelievable poor service.”

“The company is a mistake. My parcel was lost. I've been waiting for almost 4 weeks. No contact. Do not use this company to send parcels. This doesn't even deserve 1 star.”

“Absolute joke of a delivery service. Been waiting 25+ days since it arrived in Ireland. Sent 2 emails and have gotten no replies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND AVOID THE COMPANIES THAT USE THIS COURIER.”

“They have had my parcel for almost a month now (according to the vendors) and absolutely no communication as to where it is and when it will get to me. Their tracking system and their customer service is also non existent. I will avoid in future, and also avoid companies that use them. They will soon wake up when they lose money.”

“This company is a joke. Received an email to say the parcel was delivered but it was not. It's been 10 days and their only response to my email is to tell me it has been delivered. There is no customer care phone line and their support chat only operates for a couple of hours a day with huge wait times. They could not be less helpful if they tried.”

“A truly shockingly terrible company. A really terrible company. I shudder anytime I now see this crowd as the couriers for any order I make, to the point I know contact the seller, and won't make a purchase if they use Fastway. Guaranteed to be a few days, if not weeks late, and that's if you recieve the item at all. I see they're getting 5 stars on Trustpilot, which can only be explained that they are paying for the votes.”

“"This company is absolutely the worst; they deserve zero stars. I spent four days waiting at home for my parcel, only for it to never arrive. When I contacted customer service, they explained that they couldn't access the building. There was no phone call, and no one even rang the bell."”

“I figured they could not get any worse and yet they proved me wrong, again. Hopeless does not describe this company. Worse still they have gotten worse over time. You used to be able to contact them, by phone, no it is online, takes forever and useless.”

“Avoid at all cost this company should not be trading.One of my suppliers use them always problems.We are 16 miles from Galway and their next day delivery could take 3 to 4 and on one occasion a week for delivery.Cannot contact by phone wonder why and tracker totally unreliable.Looks bad for any company using Fastway OR SLOWWAY.”

“The company state my order was delivered but I never received anything. I was at home that day they claim the item was delivered, but not even heard the bell. I thought someone could have taken my order for the building reception, but reading the reviews from other I am under the impression fastway may have messed this up. I only hope that I can get my order refunded from the shop I go the items.. :/”

“there is NO way to contact this company. There tracking services is not accurate and useless. IT says my parcel is in the Hub and will be out in 1-2 days but after 3 days still no sign of parcel or change in tracking info. and zero way of contacting this company. and I mean Zero. NO phone number available and they do not answer the contact form on their website. NEVER USE FASTWAY OR ANY COMPANY THAT USES THEM would be my advice.”
