“Horrible got a ticket open for 3 weeks with no answer. And when opening their so called chat. They only answer with 'someone will answer shortly'.”

“Bed company ever!!!!!!! they don't have "Money-back Guarantee" and staff is unfriendly and disaster! i want my money!!!!!!!!!!”

“I gave them 1 star because they do have good customer service but don't believe in their money back guaranty you will be wrestling with them for hours. When I say I want a refund that's what I want, not a bunch of lame excuses about the how it's not their fault when the website is down for days. I want a refund NOW!”

“Pathetic service ever. I complain daily for their server down and i didn't get any transaction email from there server when auto script shoot mail on client ecommerce site. Also, there is a problem with cron job as well... Guys keep away from fastwebhost.”

“Been a customer for 6 years Has gone downhill My site went missing and no one knew what happened Took almost 2 days for them to figure it out Chat: said you've been been a customer, when I've been a customer for 9 years!!!!! Whiching to new hosting company!!!!”

“I hate the ridiculous password rules. I don't check into my account very often and when I do I always have to reset my password. The tech was trying to send me the link to reset my password but after trying 5 or 6 times I still never received it. I t was not in my spam folder either. He was able to send me emails, but the reset emails have never been able to be found. If this horrible system of constantly having to have to reset my passwords with ridiculously complicated ones I will be changing providers very soon. Very frustrating because I have been with them for almost 16 years already”
