"IBought a pair of glasses with reaction lenses. They do not darken much, a lot less than my last pair from Glasses Direct. Expected me to return in original packaging which is impossible if you have worn them. Then agreed refund if I returned them. How am I expected to drive without glasses? They ignored that part. Asked for new pair and then return faulty ones. They refused. Their guarantee is worthless. Back to Glasses Direct in future. Their's on the left in photo. Right is Glasses Direct"

"On my last order, about a 3rd of the contact lenses were damaged, some morning I had to open multple lenses to find 2 that were not damaged.\r\nI have been wearing contact lenses for about 15 years and never had a problem, the person at Feel Good Contact I spoke to, told me to see an optician to find a more suitable lenses for me. I regauly see an optician but hows that goinig to help if the lenses are damaged?"

"I ordered some lenses from FeelGoodContacts' website with next day delivery attached. Royal mail claimed they had been delivered, they hadn't on the day, and still now haven't been delivered.\r\n\r\nI asked for this to be rectified and I've been told that because the Royal Mail say its been delivered I am not entitled to a reship or a refund. This is clearly a very anti-consumer company that will look for any exit possible to fulfill their duties as a merchant. If you want good customer service I recommend you find a different seller. This time it was a cheap box of lenses'. Next time it could be a \u00a3200 pair of glasses.\r\n\r\nAvoid this site!"

"If i could give a minus i would. I am just getting over covid and so is my son, i am also disabled. I ordered contact lenses that i use all the time. I received them but did not open them but recieved on the 20th august. When i opened them the box was open and 2 contacts missing. I got in contact to be told they could do nothing about it and they was abrupt, on online chat that phoned me been abrupt and would not listen to what i had to say. They ket saying you order incorrect ones we can not refund. I said no I have not i even sent you my perscription these are what i order and use. They gotausive and shouting, i asked him to let me speak and explain, i cant get to a post office as covid. My son also as a chronic illness, we have no one. He was shouting so i told him to refund me. He was horrible and i got so upset. Its not a good time for us and i just didn\u2019t need this. He then said return immediately and you will get a store credit. I said I don\u2019t want to deal with this company anymore if that is how i am spoken to. I am still very upset at the way he was hosting at me."

"I make order and im waiting for that like dunkey. And when i contact with company they told me they still waiting for staff because is off stock. But they forget told me about that."
