So angry! Order placed Fri, now THURS, still no sign, my dog almost out of food, speciality product so must use. Customer service appalling, fobbed off every time. Call backs don't happen. Nobody cares, nobody knows where my order is, I am disgusted. Can anybody tell me of another company that I can use selling Royal Canon products?

Order placed 23/3/20 for cat litter and cat food. Litter delivered as expected earlier this week following emails from the courier company hence the second star in this review. This was however given as a 12 hour delivery time slot later amended to 2 hours. Still arrived at a different time. No word whatsoever since on the cat food although showing as a guaranteed delivery of today. Live chat not working and telephone line has a ‘fault’. Seeing other comments on the latter I wonder? I now have to go out and source cat food today. A journey I had not intended as am trying to adhere to govt advice of keeping shopping trips to a minimum. First time of using Fetch and doubt will bother again.

Returning customer always had a good experience until ordering in time for Christmas became a total disaster.A complete shambles leaving be without animal food with no way of getting another deivery .Why because they decided to use Hermes an absolute bunch of idiots who couldn,t deliver air in a plastic bag .Don't even feel the matter is resolved as I now have to wait for a refund .Won't be returning customer unless it's resolved to my satisfaction.shambles
