“I LOVE THE 10 STACK JEWELRY STORAGE BOXES I ORDERED. THEY ARE PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT I ORDERED 20 OF THE VELVET INSERTS FOR THE DRAWERS AND THEY WERE PACKED 2 TO A DRAWER AND MADE IT DIFFICULT TO OPEN THE DRAWERS. ONE OF THE BOTTOM DRAWERS WAS WEDGED SO TIGHT THAT I HAD TO USE PLIERS TO REMOVE THE DRAWER AND RIPPED THE FRONT FROM ONE OF THE DRAWERS. I WAS ABLE TO REPAIR WITH GLUE BUT I WOULD SUGGEST IN THE FUTURE THAT THE INSERTS ARE PACKED 1 PER DRAWER.”

“Product is high quality, low price and free shipping. The packaging leaves much to be desired. The carton was broken and may have lost product. This appears to be a combination of low strength corrugated and rough handling.”
