I am a Canadian customer and honestly this will probably be my last purchase with Fetpak. Nothing against the company but I ordered $30 bags and it ended up costing me over $100 by the time I received them in Canada. With shopping and duty charges, it was way too much.

Stacey, most times when we ship to Canada the brokerage, taxes and duties are minimal, if at all. However it does depend on the item ordered and if it is manufactured overseas. Your bags happened to fit that category. The Canadian Government and Canadian Customs are the ones that imposed these charges. We are puzzled why you decided to give us two stars, as we shipped your order out immediately and you even approved the freight charges after we contacted you. We did our job perfectly. Also remember that $1.30 Canadian = $1.00 USD. Our strong opinion is that your two stars were improperly directed.

I have never been disappointed. Usually surprised at the quality and speed of the shipment. Love the beige faux displays. They are very durable and great quality. I also use tons of the little organza bags and they are made very well and no stickers to remove off every bag! Thanks for the wonder products and service. I always recommend you.

I have been very happy with the linen silver gift boxes that I have purchased from Fetpack. I use to purchase different silver gift boxes on Ebay and had to throw out 10 to 20 percent of them because of construction or spots on the inside. It was a relief to find nice boxes. Dee of Michigan

Everything we have ever purchased from Fetpack has met or exceeded our expectations. On our last order I made an error during the order process I didn't catch the mistake until I had already completed the transaction. Since it was after hours I sent an email to them explaining my error and asking if possible could they make the correction. I was hopeful but resigned to the fact I would probably be getting a product I didn't really want due to my own error. Monday morning I was extremely happy and relieved to receive a reply to my email telling me they made the correction and my order was on it's way!!! Great company and great customer service.

I ordered boxes online and wonder if the website needs to be tweaked to avoid the mistake I am told was mine - that on one of the boxes I ended up with the wrong color. I wanted purple but got black pinstripe. I was surprised when I opened the order to find those and wanted to exchange them. I was told that not only would I have to pay for the return myself, I would also be charged for the postage to send the correct ones back to me unless the order was more than $75! That is pretty poor customer service! The woman I spoke with said that an email was sent to me at the time of my order and if I had checked it, I would have seen that I had ordered Black pin stripe - ( which I still don't think I did). But even if I had clicked the wrong thing, how could I have seen the email until after I'd completed the order? I will not buy anything from Fetpak again.

Becky, we checked your online order and you did order one purple and one black pinstripe. Confirmation emails are sent out immediately after ordering and that email stated two different colors. If you contacted us when you received the email we could have had that corrected before we shipped your order out. The default is black pinstripe so it seems you did not change the dropdown to purple on your second choice. We can definitely exchange the black pinstripe for purple, however you would have to send us back the black pinstripe. If you decide to do that please contact manager@fetpak.com and include your invoice number. Sorry for the inconvenience.

When I received my package I though at first I was short as I thought the order was for 100 boxes. I checked and it was for 72. My mistake. However, these boxes are superb!!! I loved the way you packaged them and I love the quality of them. Now I also hope to sell tons so I can come back and buy more!! Thank you again! Also, the shipping time was good as well.
