“The packaging was over stuffed and when received the priority envelope was opened at the end and some of the material was missing. I contacted FETPAK and they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement. I am very pleased with their help and as always with the products I ordered. I have always received my orders withing 3 days.”

“All products arrived and within an expeditious fashion. Quality was just was expected which is very good. Only drawback was that some of the white boxes were actually dirty and cannot be used. The actual jewelry boxes inside the white containers were fine, however, so not a big deal other than a I cannot use some of the white boxes.”

Glad you were happy with the quality of our boxes and fast shipping. On the boxes that were damaged and cannot be used, email manager@fetpak.com with the invoice number, the item number and the exact quantity unusable. We will replace, refund or credit your account. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We emailed you offering a credit on the ones that the quality didn't meet your expectations but we haven't heard back.
