“I've ordered from this company many times & they've always been very good with shipping and the actual products but this Most recent order I placed a larger than normal order and I didn't receive one of my items. I tried to call, i also sent a message via chat and crickets, haven't heard anything. If It were just for tissue paper or something small i wouldn't have complained, things do happen but this was for a large package of gift boxes I ordered that totaled about $33.00. sad That i will have to look somewhere else because after a company you have counted on starts messing up it typically get's worse not better.”

“This is the fifth case (third time I placed an order with them) of the black t-shirt bags that I've purchased. I gave my friend a case of them the last time I purchased them and kept the case for myself. I was getting low and ordered another case when by coincidence my friend called the same day and asked if I could get her another case. This is a couple hours after I had placed my order and I was concerned I might have to pay a second shipping fee to get her another case. I contacted customer service right around 4:30 p.m. EST and asked if they could add another case to my order. Usually they ship that day or very soon after, I always got my orders within a few days. They held up the shipping so they could add another case and save me the extra cost. They went above and beyond, when they didn't have to, and I am grateful to them. I would highly recommend not only the bags but they also have excellent customer service.”

“First time ordering and couldn't be happier. The boxes were smaller than I needed, and the return process was so easy. The guys answering the phone were amazing, and made the whole process wonderful! Will be ordering all my business needs from them from now on!”

“The package was delivered very quickly, less then two days. The boxes were pretty mashed up and the reackshad several scratches all over them. They were built sturdy and easy to put together.”

Sounds like your order was damaged in transit. If any of the racks arrived scratched please call our customer service at 631-864-3090 and reference your invoice number and we will replace damaged items. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

“The packaging was over stuffed and when received the priority envelope was opened at the end and some of the material was missing. I contacted FETPAK and they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement. I am very pleased with their help and as always with the products I ordered. I have always received my orders withing 3 days.”

“All products arrived and within an expeditious fashion. Quality was just was expected which is very good. Only drawback was that some of the white boxes were actually dirty and cannot be used. The actual jewelry boxes inside the white containers were fine, however, so not a big deal other than a I cannot use some of the white boxes.”

We emailed you offering a credit on the ones that the quality didn't meet your expectations but we haven't heard back.
