“I was very happy with the size selection of Fetpak's box on hand inventory. I only had to use one box size that wasn't ideal for my contents. The order handling and shipping was very fast and the shipping cost was about half of the original quote. I will certainly use Fetpak again to replenish my stock!!”

“I used to order from another company because they touted lower prices. But just like with so many other companies, the product quality and customer service went from excellent to so so. Then product quality took a nose dive. Prices ironically went up. Then, customer service became non-existent and shipping was impossible to keep track of due to inconsistency. Then, I found Fetpak. Ever since the beginning of my purchasing with Fetpak, they have been consistent. Product quality is excellent and products have stayed the same (exact, in fact) since the beginning. Shipping has always been consistent. I can actually count on when their packages will arrive. Fetpak ships when they say they will. Time estimates are accurate. This is a great company and I appreciate them! Thank you.”

“I've been using Fetpak for years and this latest transaction was smoother than all the others. The reason was because I could look at my past orders and just reorder the same thing. Then there were some sales that I took advantage that I did not realize I could use, close out jewelry displays. They are working beautifully. Thanks.”

“I still do not have my product and my event was yesterday. I tried to cancel and was told I would have to pay 90.00 in shipping from USPS. I spoke with USPS and it does not cost that much to ship. I will NEVER ever do business again with this company.”

You placed an order on 04/04/19 and we shipped it out the same day. All orders received before 1:00 PM ET are shipped out the same day. It's a four days transit time (business days) to your location and your package was delivered on 04/10/19 at 7:24 PM. We never received an email stating that you wanted to cancel the order until 04/08/19, despite you claiming that you sent an email on 04/04/19. We asked you to send us a copy of the email from 04/04/19, but you never did. The shipping charge we quoted you of $90 would be for round trip shipping if you chose to refuse the package. This is what UPS charges us. We would have gladly canceled your order if you told us before it left our facility. Sorry this didn't work out for you, but Fetpak did what we normally do, which is ship out orders the same day received.
