Still waiting on delivery of the item I ordered. I asked for it to be delivered to my local Sports Direct Shop and paid the delivery fee of over £5 for this. At this delivery charge I expect fast delivery and most other on-line stores give a quick service for this amount of money. Very disappointed and this will affect whether I order from you in the future.

I have no problem with the ordering and the delivery however the shoes were to tight and wanted to speak to a person and ask a question and re-order. You obviously don't want to speak to people as you do not give a telephone number therefore I have no alternative to return the goods and ask for a refund. I also tried contacting Sport Direct to see if I could return the shoes to them to save on postage, I tried two stores all the phone numbers were cut off, not a very customer friendly experience. this is the 2nd KARRIMOR COAT IVE BOUGHT SAME SIZE AS THE FIRST ONE WHICH i LOVE WEARING ,BUT THIS ONE IS TOO TIGHT IN THE ARMS BODY AND IT IS LONGER WHILE I DONT MIND THE LENGTH THE REST IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND I WILL HAVE TO RETURN IT. VERY DISAPPOINTED AS BOTH WERE ORDERED ONLINE ONE FITS THE OTHER DOESNT.

Have ordered a couple of items now from field and trek. Whilst the price was good the quality was lacking. Their courier lost one of my items previously and trying to sort it out was a nightmare. Then I was told the stock had run out in the meantime so was simply given a refund rather than the replacement that I had asked for. This time delivery was fine but the shoes they sent had clearly not been quality checked as the sole of one was coming loose (Merrell so quality is usually good). Simply not worth the hassle of sending back again so went out and bought some glue to stick it back on. Clearly this shouldn't be necessary if the stock is checked properly before dispatch? Generally speaking more bad than good experiences so far but keep getting lured back as the prices are very good. Please change your courier though. They are appalling. Have had problems with them before with other companies.

No invoice in the bag and more importantly, one item of purchase still has the security tag on that requires an in shop tool to remove! Delivery wasn't the fastest either compared to other retailers that do guaranteed next day for less money.

ordered easily enough and got the items quickly but they were too small (my fault). I've returned them but not heard for quite a while. Feels like they've gone missing or I am being ignored....

I was expecting to be able to return items to sports direct as you can collect from there. You can't, you have to post back to distributor at your own cost, after paying £6 for delivery I was disappointed at this. Poor customer experience and I'll be avoiding purchasing from field and trek in the future if I can

Ask for an exchange ( you forward me a size 9.5UK, when 10UK was requested ). The exchange I received today, is yet again a size 9.5UK. Look at the lable, it say's UK 9.5 quite clearly. So once again I will be returning these trainer's, no exchange ( refund please ) needed. Not a happy bunny. Dave Padgett

Prompt service however I ordered a ski jacket and ski sallopettes together. The ski jacket was cancelled by field & trek due to no stock availability (email 08.01.16 15.05) but the sallopettes were still sent desipte cancelling my order (email 08.01.16 16.40) 1 hour and 35 minutes after receiving the email to say the jacket had been canceclled. There was no telephone number to speak to a customer advisor. Email reference Reference: CAS-1886875-C8Q9Z4. So at a cost of £4.99 to sent sallopettes that were not required and a further £2.80 to return them, I am out of pocket by £7.79. Surely a telephone call from Field & Trek to ask if the sallopettes were still required made common sense. Unless the email is followed up by Field and Trek and a reimbursement for my postage, I'd be very reluctant to order from them again or recommend.

Not very happy really. Coat is exactly what I needed but it was sent out with security tags still attached. I managed to remove them but in doing so damaged the coat. Surely before sending products to customers removal of security tags should be done. Very poor service and I now have a coat that is damaged

Order was processed and dispatched quickly but the email i received had the wrong store opening hours, which led to me going all the way to the store after work only to have the door pretty much shut in my face and be told they had closed 10 minutes earlier. I had to travel to the store two days later to finally collect parcel accruing nnorepinephrine fares and more time out of my day. Poor service.
