“I was very impressed with the service provided. I placed the order on the Sunday afternoon. I received a telephone call on the Monday morning to say that the standard length jacket I had ordered was not in stock, but a short length alternative was available. This was acceptable on the basis I could return if not suitable. The jacket arrived on the Tuesday at precisely the time I was told it would. The jacket was perfect for my needs at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Delivery was next day. I was given an hour and the parcel was there at the correct time. Unfortunately 1 of the items was not the size I had ordered but after 1 phone call the correct item was sent and again was received the next day at the time advised. So I was very pleased with the service and the goods were very good. All together a happy shopping experience.”

“I chose Fields for my purchase as they offered free next day delivery. I ordered online, but although the system showed the item was in stock, I was informed that the item was temporarily unavailable but further stock was due soon. The staff at Field's went over and above to accommodate my need for rapid delivery - I was kept informed of developments at all times and they were helpful and friendly. I was offered the option of refund if they could not deliver within the timescale I needed. This was not needed as they pulled out all the stops and got the item to me in time, despite the Easter Bank Holiday. Fields gave a 5* service and I would thoroughly recommend.”

“Easy to place an order and the product was delivered the next day as promised. Some confusion regarding a 'safe place' to leave the parcel. Delivery company will only leave the parcel with a neighbour if you are not in. Have used Fields previously and had no second thoughts of going elsewhere and will use them again when the need arises.”

“I recently ordered a Black Polyester and Wool Jacket and Waistcoat and received an email to say my size was out of stock but that Fields would replace my order with a Pure new wool version which was more expensive and they would let me have it for the price of my order. The Jacket and Waistcoat arrived and it was superb quality and am I very happy with it. I find this to be a very generous offer and outstanding customer service and would recommend this company to anyone looking for good value and real customer service.”

“I ordered a suit for my husband as he was receiving a promotion in Masonry. My husband is a large chap who uses a wheelchair your suit fitted like a second skin and he looks really smart in his Fields suit. From initial phone call to the suit arriving your staff could not have been more helpful. I would recomend your sevices to anyone who needs a suit. As you certainly go the extra mile. WELL DONE!!!!!!! Sue Banks”
