“Amazing customer service. First of all they were happy to advise which nappies would be best for my newborn, despite my numerous questions and emails. I then missed something off the order, sent an email and had an speedy reply advising they could add it to my order. I received my well-packed parcel in no time, with a lovely hand written note and a little freebie inside. The nappies have been amazing and after a few tweaks (again as advised by the customer service team) they are working perfect for me and my little one. I can't thank them enough in helping me have a cloth bum baby.”

“Lovely website to use. I have ordered from Fill your pants 3 times now and love it. Orders arrive quickly and I love the little complementary teabag and note card you get, it's a lovely touch for mummas. I'm really pleased with all products I have recieved and cannot recommend this website enough to anyone using or thinking of trying cloth nappies.”

“I purchased the Try Cloth for £10 kit, which gives a good amount and range of cloth nappies to try, with varying price tags too. Not so many you feel overwhelmed, and not so few you feel like you need to try more. I'm quite enjoying my nappy 'experiment' to be honest! I contacted Fill Your Pants before ordering, and they were helpful and responded really quickly. I've already had more success with the trial, less than a week in, than I've had with the couple of types of nappies I'd already purchased - and before the trial I was almost ready to give up on cloth. Delivery was really quick too. I'll definitely be returning to buy some more nappies! The only negative point I can make is that I now worry that buying cloth nappies from FYP might become an obsession!”
