“Excellent service from Chris and his team Kavan and Kayleigh from Finance Advice Centre. I did not have the best of situations with my mortgage supplier and Chris managed to find a good deal for me, I would not say it was one of the easiest problems to sort out but after a great deal of effort and patience from Chris we managed to get there. Would recommend them and grateful for a first class service.”

“For various reasons we had struggled to find a decent mortgage deal and chanced upon FAC and am so pleased that I did. Carrie and Olivia manged to find us an excellent deal with Halifax and were thoroughly professional and supportive throughout the process and were always quick to respond to any queries. They were both an absolute pleasure to deal with on every occasion and were always pleasant, friendly and reassuring. I cannot praise them highly enough- absolutely first class! Thank you both.”

“My case was handled by Tiffany Goslin and Callum Doherty. Their work was superb. I found them not only to be polite, professional, informative and helpful but also to very much understand how stressful these processes can be. “Massive thanks to Alun Cooper & Kayleigh Tunnicliffe for their great support and guidance to get our first mortgage offer. As we were both first time buyers we were both unaware of the system/process of mortgage. Both Alun and Kayleigh diligently attended to all our queries promptly. Furthermore, our application was a bit unique due to the fact deposit money coming from sale of property abroad, Alun and Kayleigh both guided us ensuring all our documents meet the requirement of the lender meaning extra paper work and documentation was needed to be organised and submitted accordingly. The whole process was managed smoothly ensuring lender was provided with all documents necessary with proper diligence in place. Finally we would like to thank Kayleigh again as she ensured our file was submitted by meeting the requirements of the lender and Alun for coming over and attending to all our queries from beginning till the end. We are very happy & relief that Kayleigh will continue to attend to our case till completion working in closely with our solicitors, which puts us both in ease as we feel we are in safe hands. “Kayleigh Tunnicliffe who was working as Lynn Cutts PA was an absolute star! Kept me informed with every single part of the process, chasing and keeping me updated with the solicitors, my lender, literally everything. Both Lynn and Kayleigh were incredible - and it's thanks to them and their efficiency that my mortgage went through quickly and swiftly. Even sent me and my other half a 'welcome to your new home' card which was very sweet of them both. Really couldn't recommend Fiance Advice Center more. Thank you again for everything Ladies!”

“Being a first time buyer, this was an extremely useful tool to have. It made the process a lot easier/less stressful and if I had any queries, my advisor was always there to help. They also kept me updated and checked in constantly which was great for ease of mind. As it is all done over the phone and not in person I felt they did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable and we're very friendly yet professional.”

“Mine wasn't a run of the mill case and the advisors at Finance Advice Centre worked tirelessly to find an appropriate mortgage solution, often after hours. They turned around an offer in principle for me very quickly (twice! as I lost out to a higher bidder on the first property I went for). Once settled on house and mortgage I was kept abreast of proceedings very efficiently with all of my email queries being answered very promptly. I couldn't have asked for a higher standard of service, they went above and beyond!”
