“Regarding obtaining a mortgage our situation was nearly impossible. Accidentally via internet we found Mr Paul Coss of Finance Advice Centre. We are proud and happy homeowners today but this wouldn't be possible without Paul's diligence and expertise in the field, our heartfelt thanks to Paul and also to Lewis. Things worth mentioning are the friendly after-sales service, great ethics and going the extra mile to help customers. To sum it up we've received a superb, professional 'value for money' service. Look no further!”

“I contacted Finance Advice Centre through finding them on the Internet. I have a poor credit rating and wanted to go on the mortgage with my partner who already had a mortgage in his name. From the start I was treated with respect and everything was made easy and understandable throughout the whole process and I was kept up to date on a regular basis and my emails were always replied to and my phone calls returned. I felt at ease with my advisor who was always friendly and happy to help along with her admin assistant who was also very attentive. Any issues with the mortgage company that was recommended to us were dealt with solely by our advisor who always resolved these issues to a satisfactory outcome. I would be more than happy to recommend Finance Advice Centre and definitely use their service again.”

“As someone who works in sales, I know how important it is to 'look after' your client. From the first contact with your Company, both Tiffany and Callum have provided me with an exemplary service, answering all of my questions promptly and going out of their way to help get my remortgage processed quickly. I even received an email from Tiffany whilst she was about to board a plane for her holiday! I would have no hesitation in recommending Finance Advice Centre to anybody and will now be using them for all of my mortgage dealings going forwards.”

“We had been struggling to get a mortgage anywhere because there was a default on our credit. We dealt with an advisor called Rob shaw.he was fantastic.he worked very hard to find us aa lender and a good mortgage.he was very pleasant and down to earth and .he made us feel relaxed through the process. Highly recommend this guy. Dan and Sarah”

“We found Finance Advice Centre on-line and was introduced to our advisor Lee. He was wonderful. He managed to get an a mortgage offer to us within a week. This was just what we needed, as we had a completion deadline of just three weeks. The main reasons we will use him again.....He only made promises he could keep and was true to his word. He always returned our messages (even late into the evening). A big thank you for understanding how much a personal service was just what we needed.”

“After being initially declined for a mortgage by my bank (and thinking that buying a house with my credit history would be impossible) I stumbled across the Finance Advice Centre via the Online Mortgage Adviser. I submitted a query to them at 8.30pm and within half an hour Azhar had called me back and gone over all my details. He explained how the service works and seemed very confident that they'd be able to match me with a mortgage provider that would be willing to take me on. Azhar was very easy to talk to and reassuring, explaining the process as we went along. He was always very fast to reply to emails and calls (7 days a week and at all hours of day). His dedication to the job (and to my case) is not something I think I've seen recently, so I'm really grateful. I have to admit I'd never heard of the Finance Advice Centre before and when I looked for reviews of the service online they were all so glowing I was a little bit suspicious but having experienced the great service I understand why everyone is so positive. Once my mortgage was agreed in principle by a lender Connor took over the processing from Azhar and again provided an excellent level of customer service seeing the application through to a having the mortgage offer accepted by the lender. All in all, thoroughly recommended service, very good value for money as without their help I doubt I'd be on course to own a property!”

“Both the adviser and their administrator that were allocated to me, were both professional and knowledgeable in the area of remortgaging. Nothing was too much trouble and both kept me updated and fully informed with my progress and helped in times when things did not go to plan.
