“Having been let down and messed around for 6 weeks by a well known mortgage broker we aproached Finance Advice Centre to see if there was any hope in getting a remortgage. From the very first contact Finance Advice centre were helpful, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Within three weeks from first point of contact we now have a final mortgage offer which will help us get our finances back to a much healthier position. Chris Towlson not only managed to deliver what other brokers failed to do but also demonstrated exceptional understanding of his clients requirements and answered the many questions and concerns we had, often well outside of business hours. I will most certainly use Finance Advice centre again in the future as unlike other leading brokers they put their clients first everytime.”

“Chris has provided a brilliant service from start to end and worth every penny. We had some bad luck trying to get a mortgage through a Ltd Company but Chris sorted it for us in the end. Will definitely use them every time I get a mortgage....they just take away all the hassle and do it all for you.”

“I came to finance advice centre as a first time buyer looking for help and advice with what kind of mortgage would be available to me. Nick from finance advice came back to me within the hour, and his attention to detail ever since first contact has been second to none. There was no waiting around for him to contact me, he made things clear and understandable- being a first time buyer can be very difficult and daunting but Nick talked me through the process at each step- even staying in touch with my solicitors and estate agents. He found me quite a few mortgage options, and even responded to me when on holiday. I couldn't recommend the service I have received from this company highly enough, and have actually already recommended quite a few people. I will definitely be a returning customer and I've been so pleased with everything from Nick. Thanks again for helping me find a perfect home!”

“Few have used Finance Advice Centre now on 2 occasions, when we had not so good credit a few years ago they guided us through with the best possible deals for a mortgage at the time on the market completing the entire application and process on our behalf, we approached them again 8 weeks ago this time we were shocked that out credit score was now showing excellent, Nick and team once again went out to the open market securing us an excellent fixed rate deal with a high street lender taking all the pressure away from ourselves having to search and complete applications. 8 weeks on and we are in our new home. So would we recommend ? of course we would cannot recommend this company and its staff more highly, until the next time.”

Help went further then ever expected and even though my situation looked grim at times he always went above and over to give me the help that kept me positive. “Despite a BR 7 years ago I am now in a very good financial position but given the absurd and flawed credit rating system our finance services use I knew applying for a mortgage would be a challenge to say the least and so it proved with a high street building society. Then I found Paul Coss at Finance Advice Centre and I cannot praise enough his thoroughly professional, knowledgable and dedicated (even a Sunday at home) service. Despite just about everything adverse that could be thrown at him he came through not only with the required mortgage but at a rate so good not even Martin Lewis could have obtained it.”

“I was having a hard time getting a mortgage due to losing a business years back and having to go bankrupt, I applied for two mortgages and was declined before deciding to run with FAC. My adviser Lynn Cutts has been absolutely brilliant and I don't think I can thank her enough. She has supported me every step of the way and finally last week I got the keys to my house at a cracking rate of 2% giving my circumstances that was brilliant. I would highly recommend anyone to give this company a try first before looking else where. Alex, Liverpool”

“Lee Chiswell at Finance Advice Centre was beyond superb. Excellent in fact. We knew we had a tricky mortgage application ahead of us due to past credit issues and a new job, however, with his expertise, he found us an amazing deal with a high street lender. After we applied, we were instantly accepted and the process was smooth. We didn't encounter a single problem and we went from thinking we'd have a huge APR to an extremely low one, we're actually paying less for our mortgage than rent. Quite amazing when you consider we have some historical defaults and a satisfied CCJ. We cannot thank him, and this company enough. It's worth mentioning his assistant, Kavan Morris who was also excellent. If you're worried about an application and you don't think it's possible, don't despair. Give these guys a call and see what they can do for you. Highly recommended and worth every penny.”

“I would like to say a massive thank you to Finance Advice Centre and in particular Tarek Webster and Kavan Morris for their support and guidance. Our remortgage went through in 2 weeks and was as smooth a process as it was 2 years ago, again with a high street lender at low interest rates. If you have a poor credit history for what ever reasons please use these as I tried on my own and failed however they have secured a mortgage for me firstly through Halifax and now NatWest after bankruptcy. They really are experts and brilliant at what they do.”

“When the likelihood of getting a mortgage seemed a million miles away I gave the Finance Advice Centre a call having heard their advert on the radio. I spoke with Jonathan , the Mortgage Adviser who was excellent from start to finish . He was non judgemental about our situation ( recent defaults ) and was able to source us a mortgage , life cover and critical illness. Jonathan and his administrative support , Kavan were both efficient in their updates and Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the financial products he recommended. Contacting the Finance Advice Centre was a great move for me and my wife. We now have a lovely house we can call home and we look forward to dealing with Jonathan at mortgage review time in two years. I would highly recommend this company so give them a call you have nothing to lose but everything to gain !”

“Frustrated and disappointed with a previous broker, we contacted Finance Advice Centre and were put in touch with Rob Hannis and Callum Doherty - not only did they get us a better deal on two mortgages, we had our offers, valuations and completion within days of the first company even addressing our complaints! Service second to none - Rob and Callum go above and beyond with fees so low we had to keep checking! We'll be back. (Success is more permanent when you achieve it without destroying your principles. ~Walter Cronkite)”

“This company is amazing. I was turnt down by high street lenders for a mortgage and I was close to giving up. I came across finance advice centre and I wasn't sure whether to proceed, after reading such amazing feedback I did. Words can't explain how excellent and helpful Nick Gill was. He reassured me he can help me and my partner get a mortgage, he constantly kept us updated and always replied almost straight away if we had any queries. I would recommend this company to anyone, have already recommend to my friends who will be using them. If you are hesitating whether to use them I would go for it because they really did such a great job. I finally got my mortgage and enjoying my first home with my partner.
