“We were convinced we would not be able to remortgage as we had a debt management in place and a charging order against us. The Finance Advice Centre were amazing from start to finish. Tiffany and her team managed to get us a new mortgage which is cheaper than our existing one. Callum has always answered our emails promptly and nothing is too much trouble especially answering our questions when we haven't fully understood the legal jargon. Big thank you to Callum for all your help.”

“My wife and I had a very difficult situation as far as getting a mortgage was concerned. We had both been living overseas (my wife is here on a family visa and I am a UK citizen) and we both work self employed since arriving to the UK just under 2 years ago. That means we both only have 1 years of accounts and very limited UK work experience over the past several years. Despite that and despite every other mortgage advisor turning our case down Rob Hannis from Finance Advice Centre kept an open mind and listened to our situation and to my disbelief he was able to secure us a mortgage with a high street lender with a very low rate to buy our first home (we just got the official offer in writing from the lender today). This is going to save us thousands in rent as if we had of listened to everyone else we would have had to wait another year or two before even attempting a mortgage application. On top of that Rob (and Callum) have been the most responsive and friendly professionals I have dealt with recently. The service was above and beyond.”

“The service I received from Finance Advice Centre Ltd, in the form of my account advisor Dave Moore, was second to none. From the point of my first contact with this company, I received an outstanding service. After dealing with a local broker for over four weeks with no progress I completed a simple online form with Finance Advice Centre and received a call from Dave Moore, and, despite some issues such as age, no credit payment history for providers to judge me on and a mix up with my wifes name on the electoral register; 24 hours later Dave had secured a lender for a mortgage. Throughout the very quick and easy application process, Dave Moore was very professional, yet friendly and approachable. I liked the fact that he worked very quickly, was very thorough and to the point, and.. kept me informed every step of the way with several e-mails and phone calls. I think he was very understanding of our situation where our previous Broker had dragged his feet. Dave understood things had to be moved on quickly for us because there was a danger of us losing the property due to the time factor and worked to this end, securing a mortgage so quickly, it took us a while to take it all in. Especially taking into account our experience with our previous try for lending. I would 100% recommend this company, it was an amazing customer experience. Anthony Davies Caerphilly. South Wales”

“We have remortgaged twice through FInance Advice Centre one of the things that has stood out is the speed in which things are done even when an unexpected issue comes to light. we have worked very closely with Jeanette and Kayleigh this time we communicated this time mostly by email it has to be said that nothing is too much trouble if there are any questions or queries these are soon answered. When we look back at the service that we have recieved from banks ,building society's and independent financial advisers we can honestly say that the service that we have recieved is first class and I we would have no hesitation in recommend you to anyone.”

“My Advisor worked extremely hard to get us sorted out, kept us on the picture at all times as to what was happening and came with work arounds when problems arose (I think we were quite a "tricky" case). An excellent service that really helped us. Just one form to fill in and my advisor did the rest. Highly Recommended!”

“Absolutely amazing service off Rob Hannis and Callum Doherty. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys. Response is fantastic and they was with us from the beginning right through till the end. I actually feel like we've made two more new friends. The only thing i would suggest is to find your own solicitors , but Rob and Callum even helped us through the difficult times we had with the solicitors. Cannot thank you enough you have made our christmas. Lee and Belinda”

Our mortgage requirement were slightly different, but Carrie and Olivia made the application and the on-going process as smooth as possible. “Both Rhys Davies and Connor Marshall were stars. They made the process so simple and easy to follow as well as chased the solicitors who were if honest the worst ever. My partner and I are so thankful that we had Rhys and Connor in our corner and we have and will carry on recommending Finance advice centre to all of our friends. “We received fantastic service from Tarek Webster and Callum Doherty. They were very friendly and helpful and always at the end of the phone trying to help and progress our mortgage. Tarek is fantastic at his job, neither myself or my partner new anything about buying a house or mortgages, but with his endless help, we managed to purchase our first home with the most suitable mortgage for us. Both myself and my partner are newly qualified teachers, which makes it very difficult to get a mortgage in our first year of teaching as we are on temporary contracts. However, Tarek managed to secure us a mortgage. Without him and his knowledge and connections this would not have been possible for us. We cannot recommend Tarek enough, we are very very grateful for all your hard work. Thank you.”

“Paul was there throughout the whole process and helped make what would have otherwise been a very complex situation straight forward and a lot easier. “As a first time buyer I was not familiar with the mortgage process so contacted Finance Advice Centre with regards to a broker. Lynn Cutts then contacted me to discuss options due to living abroad for the past 8 years there was a number of conditions which needed to be satisfied. Lynn found a suitable lender and ensured that I had all the information I required to make a decision. Lynn was professional throughout the process and expedited every process to ensure that we hit all the required milestones. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable in a number of areas including insurance and she was able to provide me with an excellent package for life insurance. I highly recommend Lynn as an advisor. Kayleigh Tunnicliffe was Lynn's assistant throughout the process and she was also excellent throughout. Kayleigh expedited certain processes to support Lynn and I could not have asked for a better service. Any questions or queries I had Kayleigh ensured that I had the information to hand to ensure a smooth process. Overall both were fantastic and a delight to deal with.”

“After being turned down by the mainstream lenders we were at a total loss, after already having had our house offer accepted - Finance Advice Centre took up our case immediately and went through everything with us step by step. Tarek Webster spent 2 days ensuring we had all our documents in order and presented ready to go to the lenders, and whilst it took nearly a month to complete (subject to the lender's checks etc), him and Callum Doherty kept in contact all the way through, resassuring us and relating any information back immediately so we could address any additional requirements. Even thoughtful enough to call us the evening they had the approval decision through, so as not to keep us waiting an extra night. Other colleagues helped arrange our buildings and contents insurance and were able to do all the paperwork for our completion date without us having to do anything, which again helped smoothe out the process. In the beginning we were chancing our luck using a service we found online and were at first sceptical, however after 2 hours of calls and emails on a Saturday afternoon we knew we had found a broker with impecible customer service and a really personalised experience. Thank you guys so much for everything - will definately be recommending to friends and family and honestly no need to worry for any one concerned at finding online! We now have our first home to start our lives in.”
