“Surprising easy to book and worked really well. I bought a large TV and it would not fit in a large car. Bought the TV at about 3pm and I had it home and up and running by 6pm. The communications from the driver was excellent and everything went smooth, and the driver was a nice friendly guy. I would consider using them again. They are a bit expensive, but to actually book a man and a van on the same day is what you are paying for, so for me, no complaints. It may be cheaper for booking them on another day in advance.”

During booking, it did surprise me that you have to put every single item (and specifics) you are moving into the quote, this is difficult to do when you are still in the process of packing etc. Other than that, I requested to ride with the driver - which I included in my quote, after the booking is confirmed I was sent a text the day before moving asking me to check with the driver if I can ride with him?! Which stressed me out a little! Would be helpful if they could confirm this for you (if you have already included it in your booking). Was a good company, but you end up having to check over things as a customer after the booking is confirmed, which I believe they should be doing.”
