If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Awful customer service, pressured into a finance option to speed up the process and still haven’t received my Invisalign even though I am paying for them. It’s been almost 3 months. No one ever answers the phone or returns my calls. Made 4 separate complaints, none have been taken seriously. SCAM

Have had a good experience up until now. The latest dentist I saw seemed to have no idea of what was going on. The Winchester clinic has not responded to my calls and emails. Avoid.

I had dental implants with with Cannon Street the process started 6 months ago. I had my final appointment at the end of December and I cannot explain how happy I am. I lacked so much confidence after years of have in v a toothless smile. I finally took the courage to go and have a consultation with finest dental after my friend referred me and I can honestly say that I’ve never been happier. Do not hesitate and waste your time avoiding cameras and social events. Best thing I ever did ! Thank you finest dental :)

I cant believe this practice has not been closed down. I have just had my implants installed after 7 months of waiting, and one has come loose less than 24 hours. I have had cancelled appointment, been lied to, cany get through on the phone, not received a reply from customer service even after sending multiple e mails, how do they get away with it. My story would take a few hours to record, but my advice is go somewhere else. i choose this practice as it was cheaper that all the rest, i have 3 more implants to have fitted and i would happily pay much more at another dental practice than go back to finest dental.

Dreadful service, made my son wait 3 months for Invisalign treatment, which they then wanted to postpone for another month! No response to numerous phone calls for a refund. Rang countless times and was assured that someone would call back, but nobody ever did. Now complaining to Dental Association as the issue has still not been resolved. If you want to be charged nearly £3k for treatment and then be fobbed off for weeks, then use these guys! If you'd rather not be stressed, then choose someone else!

Ok this is a strange one as following my consulation on Monday at Wokingham I was sent away to a third party saying they couldnt help me now but to come back in a year when they might be able to do something if i did xyz with this third party. So the context is that I went in prepared to spend a very large sum of money and they could easily have emptied my pockets and completed work that a few years down the line would have failed and subsequently would have required substantial more sums to fix. I had been quoted £25,000 from another dentist and this would have involved a huge amount of time in the dentist chair for many months but it turns out this would have been potentially a complete waste of money. So thank you to First Dental for an honest assessment which made you NOT ONE PENNY but has saved me not only great sums of money but probably considerable discomfort over many months possibly years.

I attended a consultation with finest dental and I must say I am really impressed. I got there early and was taken into the office for a chat with Julie. She asked me questions relating to the treatment I wanted and also what I didn’t want which I liked as this shows interest and that someone’s actually going to listen to my requests. I then saw Harps who is amazing. He is the most friendly, kindest dentist I’ve ever met and was took back to how he didn’t seem like your average dentist. He recommended Invisalign for me along with whitening and explained everything to me from start to finish. Julie took me back into the room and showed me a detailed treatment plan which had everything on it. Price, information and even notes from the dentists recommendation and what he explained. They even gave me free bonding for after which is amazing! I would 100% recommend visiting Finest Dental. I was nervous to go as I have a fear of the dentist but it doesn’t feel like that here. Everyone is lovely and I cannot wait to start.

I had a consult with the Brentwood branch in late Dec 19, decided largely based on the negative reviews that I read and the replies received from finest dental (customer service does not seem to be a very high priority with them). the price they gave me was very cheap, am still waiting for the return of £50 consult fee. if I get this money back I will update. if I don't I will be going to the small claims court.

SO disgusted and furious at your Brentwood branch my mum has paid £10,000 for teeth implants and you have let her leave with teeth that have been glued when she was promised screw in teeth. Absolutely disgusting service. Stay away from this brand.

Is all I can say , is I am feeling like I want to take them to Coart at the moment. What a dreadful time I have had in the last 3 years with them. Don't even go there.

I had to cancel my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I gave over three weeks notice. I have finally received a very dodgy text saying my appointment has been cancelled and my refund processed. We shall see. If not, it’s the small claims court. Be warned. This company is terrible.

administrative mistakes, cancelled appointments and far too long to wait when my cancelled appointments were rescheduled. One of the worst customer experiences I can remember

Paid upfront for braces treatment in November , no treatments. Provided in accordance with dates and agreed plan . We have been awaiting refund , no one contacts us with regards processing the refund. I Visited the practice telephoned and emailed . No responses or action taken as they promise. They refuse to give out a head office telephone number . It’s is leaving no option but to pursue court action

fter reading my wifes review on here regarding her treatment experience with Finest Dental, I couldn't agree more. There's something very special about the team working In Milton Keynes. After seeing the transformation she has had through her treatment and the confidence it brings, I decided it was now time to pay them a visit myself to help me with my situation! The booking process for a consultation is easy and quite honestly, brilliant. You don't go through to the dental practice when you call straight away - You go to their dedicated booking team who look for the best practice to visit depending on what you're looking for and they explain all the details too you there and then regarding payment options, prices of the treatment and so on.. It's great. They booked me in for an appointment with the same practice as my wife which of course suited me best as I've been told so many good things about them, it would only make sense for me to try there also. I didn't know what treatment I needed, I just knew that I needed help as the years have gone by, I started struggling to eat, drink and smile. On the day of the appointment I had a call from a lady at the branch to confirm I was still attending and confirmed I knew the address and where to park - This is a very professional way to deal with things and really impressed me. I walked in and went to take a seat in the reception area but before I could even sit down, my name was called and was asked to follow the lady through to the office for a brief chat before heading through to see the implantologist. I was asked if I wanted a drink of water or a hot drink which is nice. I explained to her that I was there to discuss a potential treatment to complete my mouth. I had missing a lot of teeth over the years and I wanted to have everything restored to improve my day to day life. after a lengthy conversation about the different options available, the dentist came into the room to introduce himself and asked to follow him through for the examination. first it was the xray that he took which he needed for bone levels and so on and he wasn't judgmental at all. He explained what he saw and the problems that I am facing and would face if I leave it the way things are and it really hit home. He took a look in my mouth and was doing a diagnostic with his nurse Maria who is a very nice girl! both of them were fantastic and I could see what all the fuss was about. There was only one worry going through my mind during the exam. Harps was recommending a treatment called Teeth in a day... That in its self sounds expensive and it sounded like a big procedure. I just thought I can't afford this. I appreciated the honesty and the professionalism I was given, but my excitement was dampened cause i just thought oh my lord. Anyways... After all this finished, I went back into the room I first started and waited there whilst Harps and Julie created a treatment plan which would explain everything and I could find out the damage it was going to cost. . A couple minutes pasted and I was presented a treatment plan and on it had a summary of the consultation and what was discussed and recommended. a breakdown of the costsan appointment schedule terms and conditonsand then pages and pages of detailed information on the treatment recommended to me. . It was fantastic, it really was - The detail I got and the service I was shown was second to none but It was too expensive for me. It totaled quite a few thousand and I thanked them for what they've done and said that it was something I would need to consider.. and I was hoping to leave it there but I was asked for any concerns or if there was anything they needed to do to help. As a laugh I asked for the price to come down to a more affordable price based on my finances. I didn't think they would but Julie asked what would be ideal for me. After I mentioned what would be more suitable for me she asked me to wait a few moments whilst she went out to speak with her Manager. Time passed and she came back in.. Long story short, they would bring the treatment down to what I asked providing I give them a testimonial video which of course I agreed too. I was just so happy - and even more happier now that my treatment is all done and dusted. One day it took for me to have 2 new arches of teeth. 8 hours of my day to give me everything I wanted and although they are temp and I need to come back to have new bridges made for my "Finals" I think they look amazing. The surgery was intense but so skilled, I was always checked on and If I needed them to stop for a minute. It was just all brilliant and I couldn't be happier. I will be going to finest dental for my check ups and future appointments for sure. Thank you for everything you've done.

I’ve got my treatment at the Liverpool Street Clinic and I’m very pleased with the results. The service was always good, attentive, the facilities are nice and clean. The alignment of my teeth took a little longer than expected but I’m pretty happy with the results and would recommend to my friends.

I was searching for the right dental practice to provide me with Invisalign as I've always wanted to straighten my top teeth. All consultations that I went to were giving me quotes of £4000+ for this treatment which is out of my price range. I really wanted to get this done but I couldn't afford it. I was recommended to try Finest Dental whilst at dinner with family. My sisters friend went to Finest Dental and she said it was really good and well priced. I went to Finest Dental for a consultation and I knew from the second I came out of the dentist surgery and into the private room to discuss everything that I wanted to go ahead with this. Everything from the welcome to the explanation was faultless. I attended 4 other consultations before going to Finest Dental and not one of them took a digital scan of my teeth to show me a potential result. Finest Dental have some really cool equipment that shows you what you could achieve before you even pay them! I got offered Invisalign, retainers, whitening and bonding for £2995 which blew me away. I took this over 24 months interest free finance which I haven't been offered before either and im part way through my treatment. So far im really happy with everything and I can't wait to finish to show off my new smile. The best thing is I don't even need to go for appointments if I don't want too. I use a system called Dental Monitoring.. it allows me to take scans of my own teeth wearing the aligners and the system tells me if Im on track, if I can skip to the next aligner or If I need to wear it for longer to get the best result. it's amazing and so flexible
