“I was referred to FinestDental by a friend of mine. I initially went in for a clean but whilst I was in reception, I got talking to Olivia, one of their co-ordinators. I spoke to her about my teeth and how I had been unhappy with them for some time but felt it was too late to fix them (they have been crooked since i was a child and I never had braces!). She suggested i get an Invisalign, I was unsure but Olivia talked me through the process and answered all my questions and concerns (even on the weekend when I wasn't expecting a response!). I honestly couldn't recommend Finest Dental enough- I was so impressed with the speed, care and professionalism of their staff.....and am very pleased with how quick its all started- I can't wait for my new straighter teeth!”

“I am extremely happy with the wonderful work I have had done on my teeth recently. I have my confidence back! Many thanks to all at the Milton Keynes branch. Have to say a big thanks to Chole on reception for being so welcoming and easy to talk to and Dr Harps who was very proffesional and put me at ease everytime we met as I was so nervous. I am so happy with my treatment and have recommended finest dental to my friends and family.”

“i was very nervous first starting with my treatment however when i found Finest Dental they made me not worry about nothing. i went to the Wokingham branch and the receptionist Robyn is the most friendly helpful receptionist i have experienced and she really works hard to work around you with appointments etc. Simon who i had the pleasure of doing my treatment was amazing and cant believe how professional he was and i got the sense from everyone at the dentist that it is all about you and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the finished result and not just trying to get you out of the door. i have recommended this dental to family and friends and 4 people i know have now signed up with them and are just as happy as i am with the service they are being provided with. dentist is not the most pleasurable experience however Finest Dental give you nothing to worry about :-) money well spent :-)”

“I had put off what I needed to do with regards to my teeth for years. And then, I found Finest Dental. The receptionist Sam was warm, caring and approachable. (and this is quite rare when it comes to dental receptionists in my experience). Then I met Charlie the dentist who was the same. He gave me so many solutions to my nasty teeth and was so kind and approachable. I honestly wish I had found them years ago. I will be a life long customer from now. I will be telling everyone and anyone about them. And a bigger plus, they are affordable. - the most reasonable I have found and honestly the best in the country. I cannot say enough nice things about them,”

“From the first phone call to final appointment faultless service ,I was a very scared customer and was made to feel so relaxed with everything ,the treatment was excellent and would recommend finest dental to everyone ,if your are scared of a dentist then go to Milton Keynes finest dentist you won't be disappointed”

“Could not be happier with all aspects of my treatments with Finest Dental. From the very beginning, the original consultation and quote was unpressured and suited my needs. From then on I have had constant care, appointments to suit my schedule, text messages with reminders and the joy of seeing the team each visit. Robyn has been your star of the show, making everyone welcome and a genuine passion for each of the clients. An asset to your business when going to the dentist can be quite daunting!!”

“Even though I haven't had any work done at yet but I had my first appointment on Friday at Barkingside and was pleased so far with my first initial consultation. I will be having my next appointment at Liverpool Street and then from there I will start my treatment. I will be having extensive treatment done which I know will take quite sometime to complete but as long as I have my smile back then it will worth the wait. I only chose Finest Dental based on the reviews and so far my first appointment went fairly well. Am hoping to having my dental work done better than I expected it would be.”

“Implant colour is wrong, not too obvious unless I smile but definately not the right colour and had I known from the start that I would be left with what I can only describe as a rabbit's tooth in the front of my mouth, the reasons for which have now been explained but somewhat too late, I would never had gone through with the treatment.”

“Having dreamed about having my teeth straightened for many years and unfortunately not being able to afford it, I finally went for a consultation at the Wokingham branch and was amazed at how cheaper they were without compromising on the quality of dentists and customer care. I was able to pay with an interest free payment plan which has made it all possible for me. Having had my Invisalign braces for just over six months now, I have to say the experience has been amazing. I had some personal problems which meant I could not wear them for a while and thought I would have to give up, but Finest Dental have been so helpful and accommodating that I am now back on track with only a few months more to go. Also my teeth are starting to look just how I always imagined the could. I would recommend anyone looking for an affordable, professional dental experience to rest assured you would be in good hands with Finest Dental.”

“After contacting Finest dentist I decided to go ahead and start having a large amount of crown work done from my initial consultation with Jordan. I was impressed especially with the modern equipment and spacious facilities. There were quite a few challenges with my case and the team at First Dental have been outstanding throughout. I visited their new dental lab and the gentleman named Werner showed me some of equipment one afternoon and it was a impressive place with a highly skilled team. After my treatment plan I now have results that far exceded my expectations after all the crown fittings. The Customer side is outstanding, Jordan, Amy and Elizabeth all have been extremely helpful during some long appointments and are very professional . Finally Dental assistant Lica and Dr Ivana are a huge asset to the team and have been truly amazing. I would highly recommended Finest Dental for large cases and from my experience of visiting many other dentists and a few labs prior to finding them they have excelled by far. Great practice.”

“I have had yesterday my first appointment, at Winchester branch. As I don't live locally, I've got lost and I have arrived 15 minutes later than my appointment was scheduled. Liz was amazing, she called me to help with directions and she didn't stop smiling and reassuring me all the time during my appointment that everything is going to be all right. Dr Stavros is a great man, highly professional, very nice and calm. I felt so welcomed and I am looking forward to my next visit here. A great team, lovely people. Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend Finest Dental to all my friends.”

“What a horrible customer service. I phone the company number and ask a simple question on prices, like how many veneers a full arch treatment covers. The lady literally has no idea. Are you calling this a customer service? Should not the staff be able to provide basic information on the phone? Why are they there? Just wasting my time. If that is the customer service, thank but no thank you, I will go somewhere else.”

Hi Adam, You actually managed to get through to our overflow answering system, which happens when all of our representatives are on the phone. As this is an external company they are not clinically trained and therefore could not advise about any treatment, this is something you were informed of on the call. However we have checked our call records and you were called back by a trained member of staff within 10 minutes. At which point you were extremely abusive. Not to mention all of the information regarding pricing can easily be found on our website, ironically on the actual page you landed on to get our number. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, however based on the above we cannot help but agree with you when you mention that you should perhaps "go elsewhere". “I had 6 veneers completed at the Liverpool St office in Jan 2017. Initially I was hesitant about undergoing essentially cosmetic work. The office itself is very comfortable and the whole team make you feel welcome and engage with you about your treatment. At my first appointment Ana spent a lot of time discussing the design of my smile, I was so impressed with their ability to create a smile you want to your exact specifications rather then choose an 'off the shelf' so to speak. Throughout treatment I was consistently consulted on progress and Ana made sure I was comfortable with the shade/design of the veneers before the work was started. I have to say I completely love my new smile, and I never thought it was possible to do such a great job. I also think the prices are extremely competitive given they are based in central London. Overall I would recommend Finest Dental 100% and will certainly be using for any future treatment. Anthony,”

“Finest Dental in Liverpool Street used to be so lovely but now it seems that they've got too many clients. Rushing everywhere, no available appointments, waiting 25 minutes after my appointment to be seen. So disappointed. Used to feel like a family dentist but now just seems like car wash. Also! The new receptionists are super rude & slow. Bring the blonde girl & the guy with the glasses back!”

Hi First and foremost, we are really sorry for your negative experience at one of our branches. Liverpool Street has become very busy as Finest Dental grows ever more popular, however our patient care still remains top priority. We are in the process of expanding this practice and adding another in cannon street to deal with the increase in demand. These works are imminent and should all be completed by the middle of March. Our blonde lady is still there and will give you a call in the morning to personally discuss your concerns. We take the matter of rudeness very seriously and this will be investigated immediately and dealt with accordingly. Here's hoping your future visits far exceed your expectations. “(Same review as I put on Google): Very impressive indeed both in personal interaction and cutting-edge technology. I now have maxillary implants and an implant retained overdenture and it's been a great success and excellent value for money. I could praise a number of individuals at every level - you know who you are! No downsides at all.”

“I went to Winchester on Saturday to have my wisdom teeth out with Stavros (the dentist) and i was really nervous. Sam (the nurse) and Stavros we so canny, i don't think i would have gone through with it if they weren't so amazing! They had great banter which really calmed me down. The practice and the experience wouldn't be the same without those two.”

“I had a Saturday booked 2 months in advance, 3 days later I was told I cannot have it due to changes in the organisation and the company will no longer be open on Saturdays so I had to have the Friday instead, I was not able to attend and asked if there was Saturday available and was told "its fully booked” I feel that I should have been called to fill back my slot for the Saturday. I do not live in the UK and I booked this Saturday in advance for a reason and now I cannot see the dentist until the 28th but the timing does not work for me now I have left with the same invisalign, I am not happy with the service at all and the incompetence of the surgery.”

“I LOVE finest dental! The whole team are fantastic, the dentists, there assistants, the receptionists - everyone is so friendly and positive. I actually get excited about coming to see them because apart from how lovely everyone is and how reasonably priced they are they also do a incredible job! My teeth are looking amazing! Jack”
