“Thought the panel inviting me to make an offer was a gimmick. Was so surprised to get the selected ladies Seiko solar watch at a reduced price. This is my second purchase from Firstclass watches and the considerations they have for their customers is in my opinion second to none. Free delivery next day, and braclet adjustments to name only two.”

“I bought a Seiko Gents Solar Powered watch on line from First Class Watches & had it delivered to Brisbane Australia. It only took a few days to get here & I was standing on the footpath waving farewell to visitors when the delivery van arrived. It had a hard time in transit as the Seiko box was broken & the watch case & the Seiko instruction & warranty booklets were loose in the padded envelope. The watch was in good shape though. The watch looks great & works well. I am very happy with it. Denis Grace. Brisbane. Australia.”

“I am not an easy to please person, but this watch actually looked nicer on my wrist than on the website photo. Prior to purchase I phoned First Class up with a couple of questions relating to actual length of bracket - all answerd promptly & efficiently, which gave me the confidence to buy. The carriers they use emailed previous day of delivery (not the hour before). It arrived the next day before 10am, & within 5 mins of delivery I received email confirmation of delivery This together with option to return and more importantly excellent value for money, so yes they live up to their name - First Class Watches”

“The watch was awsome, even if it was a little bit big but it gets attention. Delivery and all that stuff was perfect very god connection between the seller and me. I will buy a watch from them again, 30% discount on that watch is a bingo, you cant find any cheaper in another store, so if u are a man and like big watches with class this is the best u can find, trust me. It gets time to get used to the watch, but its worth it ;-))”

“I recently purchased a Seiko Chronograph from this company. Their service was first class, the item was received the following day and they priced matched, then bettered the price so it was the cheapest available on the net. A first for me, which was greatly appreciated and unexpected. Therefore, if you are looking for a watch at a great price and want to buy with confidence, then these are the guys to use.”

“I literally saved hundreds of dollars using First Class Watches online. It has been a pleasure dealing with them as they were very quick with their correspondence, postage etc. My watch was on my doorstep (Brisbane, Australia) within 6 days after paying using PAYPAL. Very impressed. They might be on the other side of the world but First Class Watches acted like a loyal local business.”

“I chose FCW due to their good customer feedback from a large customer base. That gave me confidence that they meant what they said on their website. They matched a competitors discounted price....no fuss. The ordering was easy, and dispatch was immediate, with useful online communication all the way. The watch arrived on time , and it had been well packaged for transit. I could not reset the chrono functions correctly, and thought the watch was defective. FCW were very pro-active in resolving what turned out to be 'user error'. Very happy with my watch, and very happy with the service and support given by FCW. Fully recommend them .”
