“Ordered a watch, for my father in laws birthday. Very fast delivery but the strap was faulty (missing pin) we got this repaired ourselves as we had it engraved before checking over the watch completely so it was understandable we could not return it. I notified the supplier to inform them but they did not reply so i will not use them again.”

“Dear, sellers. I am your client in Russia. I am very pleased at the price of your product and the speed of delivery! But, unfortunately, between the customer and the seller no feedback. Namely, you are wrong or do not specify the delivery address on my order because I wrote the address in Russian. Therefore, I ask you for kinder cases, contact with Russian-speaking clients and update address. For translation I use Google - translator. “I was really happy with my purchase as the Citizen Men's watch I bought for my husband is very elegant, classy and functional. He really liked it and the adjustment was just right. “First Class Watches were very easy to work with and knowing they serious about thier customer care and service is reassuring to people who geniunely want to spend good money on a fine watch. I recently purchased a Men's Police watch for my close friend as a birthday present and was bit hesitant at first because i never heard of the company First Class Watches, but following on reviews and feedback i took the gamble t buy one. Once purchased, they kept in regular contact via email, provided a delivery date and a code of the package whereabouts, and as promised it was delivered next day. What was most satisfying is my friend's reaction to recieving the gift, he was so happy and wore it striaght away in minutes. Not only was it a good watch but its gave me the confidence to come back and purchase more watches with this company. Its true, once a happy customer, always a happy customer! Thank you :)”
